乳制品质量危机背景下供应链安全管控机制研究

【摘要】：本文运用供应链及机制设计理论,以乳制品供应链中各经济主体为研究对象,在阐述乳制品供应链运行机理的基础上,结合调研资料,对乳制品供应链安全威胁进行归纳,并对安全问题发生的原因进行了分析。从调整乳制品供应链安全监管体制、创新信息监管工具、创建公众参与机制、激励约束机制和完善保障机制的角度,构建乳制品供应链安全管控机制,加强乳制品供应链全程管控,重塑消费者对乳制品行业的信任。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of supply chain and mechanism design, this paper takes various economic entities in dairy supply chain as the research object, on the basis of expounding the operational mechanism of dairy supply chain and combining with the investigation data, summarizes the security threat of dairy supply chain. The causes of safety problems are analyzed. From the angle of adjusting the safety supervision system of dairy supply chain, innovating the information supervision tools, establishing the mechanism of public participation, encouraging and restricting mechanism and perfecting the safeguard mechanism, the safety control mechanism of dairy supply chain is constructed. Strengthen the dairy supply chain throughout the control, restore consumer trust in the dairy industry.
