基于BSC-SCOR模型的电子产品行业供应链绩效评价研究

【摘要】:随着供应链管理理念的不断推广,我国很多电子产品企业越来越多的引入供应链管理模式,供应链条中包含供应商、生产商、销售商等多个成员,这些企业从采购、生产、包装、分销配送、终端销售和售后服务等各个环节应用供应链管理模式来提高企业的运行效益和效率。但是,大部分的供应链上的节点企业都是在追求自身利益最大化的基础上进行生产运作,他们都拥有自己的供应链绩效评价体系,而缺乏统一的反应整条供应链绩效评价体系。这就导致供应链上的独立性强于整体性,使整体性的效率没有达到最佳的结果,所以制定合适的供应链绩效评价体系,寻求更好的反应整体和局部的效益的方法,并能够促进节点企业能够以整体效益为目标进行经营管理是一个值得深入的课题。而且作为电子产品行业来说当前发展面临众多的瓶颈问题,企业的单枪匹马已经难以赢得一席之地。对此研究电子产品行业的供应链绩效评价问题具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。 对此本文特根据电子产品行业供应链特点,综合了平衡计分卡(BSC)和供应链运作参考模型(SCOR)的优点,并结合当前政策要求现状,从五个方面制定了电子产品行业的供应链绩效评价指标体系,通过这套评价体系可以将各个厂商供应链系统的局部目标与整体的供应链目标统一起来,同时也能使各组成成员的绩效评价指标与供应链整体的评价指标联系起来,从而使各厂商能根据整体的目标建立局部的决策,并且通过评价体系中的环境绩效评价部分能够使节点企业认识到环境生产的重要性,实现经济效益和环境效益的双重发展。在指标体系建立之后,使用层次分析法和模糊综合评价方法对上述评价指标体系进行定量计算,根据计算结果可以反映出被评供应链在五个方面各个存在的问题,从而为进一步的改进工作提供依据。在本文的最后选取潍坊地区的电子生产企业A公司所在的供应链为例,进行了指标体系和模型的应用,并得出了相关的结论,,为A公司所在的供应链的改进工作提出了意见。
[Abstract]:With the continuous promotion of supply chain management concept, more and more electronic products enterprises in our country introduce supply chain management mode, supply chain includes suppliers, manufacturers, sellers and other members, these enterprises from the procurement, production, production, Packaging, distribution and distribution, terminal sales and after-sales service and other aspects of the application of supply chain management model to improve the efficiency and efficiency of the operation of enterprises. They all have their own supply chain performance evaluation system, and lack of a unified response to the entire supply chain performance evaluation system. As a result, the independence of the supply chain is stronger than the integrity, and the overall efficiency does not reach the best result. Therefore, the appropriate supply chain performance evaluation system is developed to find a better way to reflect the overall and partial benefits. And can promote the node enterprise to be able to take the overall benefit as the goal to carry on the management is a worthy in-depth topic. And as the electronics industry, the current development is facing many bottlenecks, enterprises alone has been difficult to win a place. It is of theoretical and practical significance to study the supply chain performance evaluation of electronic products industry. In this paper, according to the supply chain characteristics of electronic products industry, the advantages of balanced Scorecard (BSC) and supply chain reference Model (SCOR) are integrated, and the current policy requirements are combined. The index system of supply chain performance evaluation in electronic products industry is established from five aspects. Through this evaluation system, the local objectives of supply chain system of each manufacturer can be unified with the overall supply chain objectives. At the same time, the performance evaluation index of each member can be linked with the evaluation index of the supply chain as a whole, so that the manufacturers can make local decisions according to the overall objectives. And through the part of environmental performance evaluation in the evaluation system, the node enterprises can realize the importance of environmental production and realize the dual development of economic and environmental benefits. After the establishment of the index system, the quantitative calculation of the evaluation index system is carried out by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. According to the calculation results, the problems in five aspects of the evaluated supply chain can be reflected. So as to provide the basis for further improvement work. At the end of this paper, the supply chain of A company in Weifang area is selected as an example, the index system and model are applied, and the relevant conclusions are drawn, and some suggestions are put forward for the improvement of the supply chain in which company A belongs.
