论模糊理论下的有色行业供应链信息化管理

【摘要】：供应链信息化管理指的是对信息技术进行推广并运用在供应链中的各个环,充利用人力资源,建立与企业相适应的管理模式。其最重要的一个环节是对供应商进行选择。本文以有色金属作为研究对象,首先简要介绍了其供应链信息化管理的现状,并阐述了模糊理论在供应链信息化管理中的评价标准,并对其存在的问题及解决策略进行了探讨分析。
[Abstract]:Supply chain information management refers to the promotion of information technology and its application in the supply chain, the full use of human resources, the establishment of a suitable management model for enterprises. One of its most important links is the selection of suppliers. In this paper, non-ferrous metals are taken as the research object. Firstly, the present situation of supply chain information management is briefly introduced, and the evaluation standard of fuzzy theory in supply chain information management is expounded. The existing problems and solutions are discussed and analyzed.
