A公司供应链风险管理

【摘要】:在市场环境尤为复杂的今天,供应链实现了不同企业相关优势资源的相互运用,增进了企业间的优势互补,使得企业不断增强对于市场环境的敏感性和应变能力,不断推出新产品和更高质量的服务,从总体上提高了企业的综合实力。而对于代工企业所处的供应链更是如此。大规模的代工不仅给人们提供了大量的轻工业产品,满足生活上的便利,而且随着科学技术的进步和企业运营模式的改变,大量的电子类产品和医疗器械类产品的加工也逐步开始由代工企业完成。市场的复杂化、客户对于产品的高要求、产品精密度的增加、市场要求代工企业研发能力的提升,都使得代工行业的供应链的风险越来越大。 本文以一家代工企业A公司作为研究对象,通过对A公司内部风险、外部风险的深入剖析,完成了对A公司供应链风险的识别,并构建了A公司的供应链风险评价指标体系,通过运用粗糙集理论和模糊综合评价法,对该指标体系进行评价。最终,在得到A公司供应链风险的等级以后,给出A公司供应链风险管理的具体措施。 本文共分为六章阐述,以下是主要研究内容: 第一部分主要介绍了本文的研究背景和意义,国内外关于供应链风险管理的研究现状,并给出了本文的技术路线和内容安排。 第二部分主要归纳了有关供应链风险的相关理论知识并介绍了本文进行风险评价过程中所用到的粗糙集理论和模糊综合评价法 第三部分为A公司供应链风险识别阶段。通过对A公司实际情况的深入了解,界定出A公司供应链的风险因素。之后采取问卷调查的方法获得数据,并通过SPSS对数据进行实证分析,最终将A公司供应链风险因素归纳为五大类,分别是:运输风险、企业内部管理风险、生产能力风险、合作伙伴关系风险及信息等其它风险。 第四部分为A公司供应链风险评价阶段。通过运用粗糙集理论将各风险因素定权,而后通过模糊综合评价法,得到各风险因素的风险等级,为后续所采取的措施提供理论参考。 第五部分给出A公司供应链风险防范措施。主要是根据第四章的结论,提出可行性方案,供A公司选择和采纳。 本文的研究成果将直接用于A公司供应链的管理过程中,同时对新的市场环境下,代工企业的供应链运作及风险防范都有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Today, when the market environment is especially complex, the supply chain realizes the mutual use of the relative advantage resources of different enterprises, enhances the complementary advantages of the enterprises, and makes the enterprises continuously enhance their sensitivity and adaptability to the market environment. Continuous introduction of new products and higher quality services, from the overall improvement of the overall strength of the enterprise. This is especially true for the supply chain of contract companies. Large-scale contract manufacturing not only provides people with a large number of light industrial products to meet the convenience of life, but also with the progress of science and technology and the change of business operation mode. A large number of electronic products and medical equipment products processing began to be completed by contract enterprises. The complexity of the market, the high demand of customers for products, the increase of product precision, and the improvement of R & D ability of contract enterprises make the supply chain risk of contract industry more and more great. This paper takes A Company as the research object, through the deep analysis of the internal risk and external risk of A Company, completes the identification of the supply chain risk of A Company, and constructs the supply chain risk evaluation index system of A Company. The index system is evaluated by rough set theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, after getting the grade of supply chain risk of A company, the concrete measures of supply chain risk management of A company are given. This paper is divided into six chapters, the following are the main research content: the first part mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper, domestic and foreign research on supply chain risk management status, The technical route and content arrangement of this paper are also given. The second part mainly summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge about supply chain risk and introduces the rough set theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method used in the process of risk evaluation. The third part is the stage of supply chain risk identification in A Company. Through a deep understanding of the actual situation of company A, define the risk factors of A company supply chain. Finally, the supply chain risk factors of company A are classified into five categories: transportation risk, internal management risk, production capacity risk. Partnership risk and other risks such as information. The fourth part is company A supply chain risk evaluation stage. By using rough set theory to determine the weight of each risk factor, and then through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the risk grade of each risk factor is obtained, which provides a theoretical reference for the subsequent measures to be taken. The fifth part gives A company supply chain risk prevention measures. According to the conclusion of the fourth chapter, the paper puts forward the feasible scheme for A company to choose and adopt. The research results of this paper will be directly used in the process of supply chain management of company A, and it will be useful for reference to the supply chain operation and risk prevention of contract enterprises under the new market environment.
