论新医改下医药物流与医疗供应链体系的发展模式

【摘要】：改革开放以来,我国各个领域都进行了大刀阔斧的改革。医疗行业作为我国的基础性行业,自我国改革开放以来也发生了翻天覆地的变化,无论是从医疗卫生行业的服务水平方面还是从医疗技术水平方面都取得了很大的进步。2009年我国政府颁布了新的医疗改革政策,为我国医疗改革事业的发展起到了非常重要的促进作用,为我国医疗卫生事业的繁荣发展提供了可靠的保障。然而,随着新医改的不断推行,医药物流与医疗供应链体系中存在的问题不断地显现出来,对医疗事业的改革形成了一定的阻碍,文章就针对新医改下医药物流与医疗供应链体系中存在的问题进行深入的分析,同时提出一些有效的改进措施,仅供参考。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has carried out drastic reforms in various fields. As the basic industry of our country, the medical industry has also undergone earth-shaking changes since China's reform and opening up. Great progress has been made both in terms of the service level of the medical and health industry and in the level of medical technology. In 2009, our government promulgated a new health care reform policy. It has played a very important role in promoting the development of medical reform in China, and has provided reliable guarantee for the prosperity and development of medical and health care in our country. However, with the continuous implementation of the new medical reform, the problems existing in the medical logistics and medical supply chain system are constantly emerging, which has formed a certain hindrance to the reform of the medical industry. This paper makes a deep analysis on the problems existing in the medical logistics and medical supply chain system under the new medical reform, and puts forward some effective improvement measures for reference only.
