基于补贴与碳税机制的再制造闭环供应链定价策略研究

【摘要】:本文从企业利润最大化角度出发,对再制造闭环供应链中的收益与成本因素进行充分分析,并在政府补贴及碳税机制的基础上,对再制造产品市场进行细分,有针对性地在再制造闭环供应链中采用差别定价策略,最大化地发掘再制造闭环供应链的获利能力。本文的主要研究内容如下:第一部分:针对由单一再制造商、单一零售商和单一第三方组成的再制造闭环供应链,基于政府碳税及补贴机制,利用博弈论,研究了三类产品在集中决策和分散决策模式下的定价策略。研究表明:政府碳税及补贴机制下,再制造闭环供应链的分散决策效率低于集中决策,因此,针对分散决策中的双重边际效应,设计契约机制实现了再制造闭环供应链的协调,最后,利用笔记本电脑企业算例验证所得结论,并分析了在三种决策模式下,政府补贴力度及碳税税率对再制造闭环供应链的定价策略与利润的影响。第二部分:在第一部分的基础上,在分散决策下,建立了政府与再制造闭环供应链成员系统的博弈定价模型,并构建以社会福利最大化为目标的数学模型,得出了最优补贴力度与碳税税率,然后通过数值仿真分析了不同废旧品等级比例对补贴力度、碳税税率、废旧品回收策略以及成员利润的影响。第三部分:通过对消费者购买新产品、再制造品及二手品这三类异质产品的需求分析,构建了由再制造商与消费者组成的再制造闭环供应链,并以再制造商利润最大化为目标得出了三类产品的定价策略,进而以笔记本电脑产品回收再制造为例进行算例分析,研究分析了消费者的购买意愿对碳税机制的影响机理,以及废旧品等级对补贴机制的影响机理。为再制造商实施有效的回收定价策略以及提升整个再制造供应链效益起着一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of profit maximization, this paper fully analyzes the factors of income and cost in remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain, and on the basis of government subsidy and carbon tax mechanism, subdivides the market of remanufactured products. In order to maximize the profitability of the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain, the differential pricing strategy is adopted in the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first part: aiming at the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain composed of single remanufacturer, single retailer and single third party, based on the mechanism of government carbon tax and subsidy, using game theory. The pricing strategies of three kinds of products under centralized and decentralized decision models are studied. The research shows that the decentralized decision-making efficiency of the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain is lower than that of the centralized decision under the government carbon tax and subsidy mechanism. Therefore, aiming at the double marginal effect in the decentralized decision-making, the contract mechanism is designed to realize the coordination of the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain. Finally, the conclusion is verified by the example of notebook computer enterprise, and the influence of government subsidy and carbon tax rate on the pricing strategy and profit of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain is analyzed under three decision modes. The second part: on the basis of the first part, the game pricing model of government and remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain member system is established under the decentralized decision, and the mathematical model aiming at maximizing social welfare is constructed. The optimal subsidy intensity and carbon tax rate are obtained, and then the effects of different scrap grade ratio on subsidy intensity, carbon tax rate, recycling strategy and profits of members are analyzed by numerical simulation. The third part: through the demand analysis of three kinds of heterogeneous products, which are new products, remanufactured products and second-hand products, a remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain composed of re-manufacturers and consumers is constructed. With the goal of maximizing the profit of the re-manufacturer, the pricing strategies of three kinds of products are obtained, and then the example of recycling and remanufacturing of notebook computer products is analyzed, and the influence mechanism of consumers' willingness to purchase on the carbon tax mechanism is analyzed. And the influence mechanism of waste grade on subsidy mechanism. It is of guiding significance to implement effective recycling pricing strategy for re-manufacturers and to improve the efficiency of the whole remanufacturing supply chain.
