面向智能仓储的物联网中间件的关键技术研究与应用

【摘要】:物联网中间件是实现底层硬件设备与应用系统之间数据传输、过滤、数据格式转换的一种中间程序,其处于物联网的集成服务器端和感知层、网络层的嵌入式设备中。目前,物联网中间件的研究主要集中于RFID中间件技术在物联网中的应用。 随着物联网技术的发展,智能仓储综合应用RFID、传感器、无线传输等多种物联网技术,大大加快物资周转,实现对仓储物资从入库、移库、盘点到出库等全过程的动态、精确化管理,从而对仓库物资的种类、数量、状态、存放位置等做到及时了解,准确地把握仓储物资的全面信息,实现仓储物资资产的科学管理和高效运营。 本文以华南理工大学“物联网技术在全程供应链管理过程中的示范应用”项目为背景,以项目目前同步开发的RFID路由器为基础,结合传感技术、RFID定位技术,针对智能仓库的应用场景,研究物联网中间件在智能仓库中的应用,并对其中的关键技术进行研究和实现,主要工作内容如下: (1)研究了针对RFID的底层读写器协议(Low Level Reader Protocol,LLRP),根据协议规范对协议进行设计与实现,并与RFID中间件原有的阅读器协议(ReaderProtocol)进行整合,解决了支持LLRP协议的RFID设备的异构适配问题。 (2)研究了针对传感器的异构设备与RFID设备的集成与数据融合,提出了一种RFID设备与传感设备集成及数据融合方法,使上层应用屏蔽底层设备的差异性,对RFID设备及各类传感设备进行统一管理和调控。 (3)针对出入库货物管理时容易发生的标签串读现象,设计了防串读模块,包括三种数据过滤算法,可根据实际需求,选择不同效率的算法进行防串读数据处理,以达到相应的效率要求。 (4)研究了面向智能仓储的RFID定位技术,,在RFID中间件的基础之上,设计并实现了RFID定位模块,实现对仓储货物的定位管理。 本文为面向智能仓储的物联网中间件的研究与设计,提供了有益的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Internet of things middleware is an intermediate program to realize the data transmission, filtering and data format conversion between the hardware and the application system. It is in the embedded device of the integration server and perception layer and the network layer of the Internet of things. At present, the research of Internet of things middleware mainly focuses on the application of RFID middleware technology in Internet of things. With the development of Internet of things (IoT) technology, RFID, sensors and wireless transmission are used in intelligent warehousing to speed up the turnover of materials and realize the whole process of storage materials from inputting, transferring, inventory to out-of-stock, and so on. The accurate management can realize the scientific management and efficient operation of the storage material assets by understanding the types, quantity, status and storage position of the warehouse materials in time, accurately grasping the comprehensive information of the storage materials. This paper is based on the project of "demonstration Application of Internet of things Technology in the whole process of supply chain Management" of South China University of Technology, based on the RFID router developed synchronously in the project, combined with sensor technology, RFID positioning technology, Aiming at the application scenario of intelligent warehouse, the application of Internet of things middleware in intelligent warehouse is studied, and the key technologies are studied and realized. The main contents are as follows: (1) the underlying reader protocol (Low Level ReaderProtocol, LLRP), for RFID is designed and implemented according to the protocol specification, and it is integrated with the original reader protocol (ReaderProtocol) of RFID middleware. The problem of heterogeneous adaptation of RFID devices supporting LLRP protocol is solved. (2) the integration and data fusion of heterogeneous devices and RFID devices for sensors are studied, and a method of integration and data fusion between RFID devices and sensor devices is proposed, so that the upper application shields the difference of the bottom devices. Unified management and control of RFID equipment and all kinds of sensing equipment. (3) aiming at the phenomenon of tag serial reading in the management of goods in and out of warehouse, the anti-serial reading module is designed, including three kinds of data filtering algorithms, which can select different efficiency algorithms to deal with the data of anti-serial reading according to the actual demand. In order to meet the corresponding efficiency requirements. (4) the RFID positioning technology for intelligent warehousing is studied. On the basis of RFID middleware, the RFID positioning module is designed and implemented, and the positioning management of stored goods is realized. This paper provides a useful reference for the research and design of intelligent warehousing oriented Internet of things middleware.
