[Abstract]:In China, the leading enterprises of national agricultural industrialization, represented by Yili, Mengniu, Bright Dairy and Rain Run, have introduced the concept of supply chain and applied the method of supply chain. It has broken the situation that the traditional competition and management mode of China's agriculture-related industry dominated the world for a long time. The book constructs the basic theory system of the agriculture-related supply chain, analyzes the basic characteristics and special characters of the agriculture-related supply chain management, and reveals the basic mechanism of the supply chain integration of the key leading enterprises in the national agricultural industrialization. This paper comprehensively combs the characteristics of the supply chain practice of the key leading enterprises in the national agricultural industrialization, deeply analyzes the mechanism and countermeasures of the optimization and management of the agricultural supply chain, and establishes the agriculture-related supply system of the combination of push and pull.
