基于供应链的战略管理会计业务流程再造与控制探讨

【摘要】：市场经济体制的深化改革,加剧了不同企业供应链之间的竞争。在此形势影响下,为了满足供应链企业长期发展中战略管理会计共享,会计业务开展中各种信息资源的有效整合,需要优化会计信息系统的服务功能。现阶段供应链企业利用会计信息系统时难以实现会计信息资源共享,影响着会计信息的传递效率,对供应链下企业战略管理会计业务流程的实施造成了较大的影响。因此,本文将对基于供应链的战略管理会计业务流程再造与控制进行必要地探讨,以便为提高供应链企业的市场竞争力。
[Abstract]:The deepening reform of market economy system intensifies the competition among different enterprise supply chains. Under the influence of this situation, in order to meet the long-term development of strategic management accounting sharing and the effective integration of various information resources in the development of accounting business, it is necessary to optimize the service function of accounting information system. At present, it is difficult for supply chain enterprises to share accounting information resources when using accounting information system, which affects the efficiency of accounting information transmission and has a great impact on the implementation of strategic management accounting business process under supply chain. Therefore, this paper will discuss the business process reengineering and control of strategic management accounting based on supply chain in order to improve the market competitiveness of supply chain enterprises.
