基于子链的供应链制造资源计划研究

【摘要】:以供应链为基础的制造模式已成为主流的制造模式,但供应链受市场环境的影响,存在诸多的不确定性;同时供应链中节点企业众多,且相互关系复杂,这些都增加了供应链制造资源计划的复杂性和实施的困难。本文分析以供应子链(简称子链)为对象,分析供应链环境中的制造资源计划,以期分析供应链制造资源计划的实现过程与应用途径。子链是完整供应链的组成部分,是局部供应链。虽然子链包含许多节点企业,但对供应链来说,这些节点企业可以被视为是一个整体,共同制造供应链某产品的某些零部件。在子链的基础上,供应链结构得到了简化,当供应链接到生产任务时,为完成供应链任务,必须制定供应链制造资源计划。在制定供应链制造资源计划时,以子链为对象,简化了任务下达与产能核算。基于子链的供应链制造资源计划是以供应链生产计划为主线,以子链为对象而展开的。分析供应链递阶生产计划模式和集成化供应链生产计划模式及业务流程,结合子链特点,提出了基于子链的供应链制造资源计划模型,并研究了基于子链的供应链主生产计划(SC-MPS)、能力计划、物料需求计划和供应链库存。SC-MPS起到链接市场需求与物料需求的作用,是整个制造资源计划的主线;能力计划是判断SC-MPS是否合理的关键一步;物料需求计划围绕回答五个基本问题组建的,是SC-MPS下达过程中的关键步骤;通过供应链库存的研究,进而提出基于子链的供应链库存模型。在总体模型的基础上分析供应链制造资源计划的作用,并根据九个基本原则制定供应链制造资源计划。对传统企业产能和基于子链的供应链制造资源计划产能进行比较,突出基于子链的供应链产能的优越性,同时分析了子链产能的影响因素(生产设备、物流质量、技术水平和生产环境),提出基于供应链的具体产品、代表产品和假定产品之间的关系,以及供应链产能核算方法(工时法),并应用实例验证了工时法核算供应链产能的可行性。最后,应用模糊层次分析法选择最优供应子链,实现对基于子链的供应链资源优选,并用实例说明该方法的可行性与实用性。
[Abstract]:The manufacturing mode based on supply chain has become the mainstream manufacturing mode, but there is a lot of uncertainty in the supply chain affected by the market environment. At the same time, there are many node enterprises in the supply chain, and the relationship between them is complex, which increases the complexity of supply chain manufacturing resource planning and the difficulty of implementation. This paper analyzes the manufacturing resource planning in supply chain environment with the object of supply subchain (abbreviated as subchain), in order to analyze the realization process and application way of supply chain manufacturing resource planning. The subchain is an integral part of the complete supply chain and a local supply chain. Although the subchain contains many node enterprises, for the supply chain, these node enterprises can be regarded as a whole, co-manufacturing some parts of a product in the supply chain. On the basis of the subchain, the supply chain structure is simplified. When the supply chain is linked to the production task, in order to complete the supply chain task, it is necessary to make the supply chain manufacturing resource plan. When making the supply chain manufacturing resource plan, the subchain is taken as the object, which simplifies the task assignment and capacity accounting. Supply chain manufacturing resource planning based on subchain takes supply chain production planning as the main line and sub-chain as the object. This paper analyzes the hierarchical production planning mode of supply chain and the production planning mode and business process of integrated supply chain, and puts forward the manufacturing resource planning model of supply chain based on subchain according to the characteristics of subchain. The main production planning (SC-MPS), capacity planning, material requirement planning and supply chain inventory based on subchain are studied. SC-MPS plays the role of linking market demand and material demand, and is the main line of the whole manufacturing resource planning. Capability planning is a key step to judge whether SC-MPS is reasonable or not, and material requirement planning is a key step in the process of SC-MPS delivery, which revolves around answering five basic questions. Through the research of supply chain inventory, a supply chain inventory model based on subchain is proposed. On the basis of the overall model, the function of supply chain manufacturing resource planning is analyzed, and the supply chain manufacturing resource planning is made according to nine basic principles. This paper compares the traditional enterprise production capacity with the supply chain manufacturing resource planning capacity based on sub-chain, highlights the advantages of supply chain capacity based on sub-chain, and analyzes the influencing factors of sub-chain capacity (production equipment, logistics quality, Technical level and production environment), propose specific products based on supply chain, represent the relationship between products and assumed products, as well as supply chain capacity accounting methods (working hours method), An example is given to verify the feasibility of calculating supply chain capacity by working-time method. Finally, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to select the optimal supply subchain to optimize the supply chain resources based on the subchain, and an example is given to illustrate the feasibility and practicability of the method.
