生产计划管理系统的设计与实施

【摘要】:随着国家对武器研发的重视与日俱增,某所按照“十二五”发展规划要求,不断的实施与调整军工科技发展战略。为了达到不断促进技术进步与科技成果转化,大幅提高企业科技实力的目标,某所须将现有的研发体系与相关信息化手段相结合,构建各种相关业务的管理信息系统,提高企业信息化水平。在这一客观背景下,某所组织设计实施了“生产计划管理系统”(即ERP系统)。ERP是一种适用于制造企业、具有代表性的管理技术。它利用信息科学的最新成果,根据市场的需求对企业内部和其供应链上各环节的资源进行全面规划、统筹安排和严格控制,以保证人、财、物、信息等各类资源得到充分、合理的应用,从而达到提高生产效率、降低成本、满足客户的需求、增强企业竞争力的目的。ERP是现代管理思想的产物,它将许多先进的管理,如敏捷制造、精益生产、并行工程、供应链管理、全面质量管理等体现在软件系统中。本文将结合相关国内外文献,表述生产计划管理系统的概念,生产计划管理系统在机械制造中的意义,生产计划管理系统的研究现状;同时,还将从软件工程的角度分析物资管理信息系统在搭建与实施中可能遇到的关键问题以及拟解决思路;最后将对生产计划管理系统未来的发展趋势进行展望。Struts与Hibernate框架是J2EE应用于B/S系统开发的主要框架,它们提供很多现有的开发模式,使得B/S系统的开发变得更加快捷,符合敏捷开发与软件工程以及物资管理系统的二次开发的要求,利用J2EE技术,Struts与Hibernate框架采用分布式的开发模式来搭建生产计划管理系统,有效的实现了企业的信息化建设的需求。J2EE开启了WEB开发的新模式,提高了WEB应用开发的效率。它包含了整个WEB的各类组件、服务架构以及技术层次,都有共同的标准以及规格,为Web开发提供了轻量化的开发模式,同时它也充分的反映了MVC设计模式的架构,反映出B/S系统的通用开发方法。本文首先介绍了生产计划管理系统,随之介绍了MVC模式与J2EE技术,随后从代码实现的角度对系统进行介绍,最后从项目实施的方法学的角度对生产计划管理系统的实施做了详细的阐述。
[Abstract]:With the increasing attention paid by the state to weapon research and development, a certain institute constantly implements and adjusts the development strategy of military science and technology in accordance with the requirements of the 12th five-year Plan. In order to achieve the goal of continuously promoting technological progress and transformation of scientific and technological achievements and greatly improving the scientific and technological strength of enterprises, a certain institute must combine the existing R & D system with related information means, construct the management information system of various related businesses, and improve the level of enterprise informatization. Under this objective background, a certain organization has designed and implemented the "production Planning Management system" (that is, ERP system). ERP is a representative management technology suitable for manufacturing enterprises. It makes use of the latest achievements of information science, plans comprehensively, arranges and strictly controls the resources within the enterprise and in each link of its supply chain according to the demand of the market, so that all kinds of resources, such as guarantor, financial, material, information and so on, can be fully and reasonably applied, so as to achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency, reducing costs, meeting the needs of customers and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. ERP is the product of modern management ideas. It embodies many advanced management, such as agile manufacturing, lean production, concurrent engineering, supply chain management, total quality management and so on. In this paper, the concept of production planning management system, the significance of production planning management system in mechanical manufacturing, the research status of production planning management system will be described, and the key problems that may be encountered in the construction and implementation of material management information system and the ideas to be solved will be analyzed from the point of view of software engineering. Finally, the future development trend of production planning management system is prospected. Truts and Hibernate framework are the main frameworks for the application of J2EE in the development of B / S system. They provide many existing development models, which make the development of B / S system faster, meet the requirements of agile development, software engineering and the secondary development of material management system, and make use of J2EE technology. Struts and Hibernate framework use distributed development mode to build production planning management system, which effectively realizes the requirements of enterprise information construction. J2EE opens a new mode of WEB development and improves the efficiency of WEB application development. It contains all kinds of components, service architecture and technical level of the whole WEB, and has common standards and specifications, which provides a lightweight development model for Web development. at the same time, it also fully reflects the architecture of MVC design pattern and reflects the general development method of B / S system. This paper first introduces the production planning management system, then introduces the MVC mode and J2EE technology, then introduces the system from the point of view of code implementation, and finally expounds the implementation of the production planning management system in detail from the perspective of project implementation methodology.
