RFID技术在农产品供应链管理中的应用研究

【摘要】:作为一个发展中的大国,农业为我国经济快速发展奠定了基础。近些年来,我国农产品安全问题频发,严重危害了广大群众的身体健康与社会和谐。因此,提高农产品质量安全,对我国农业增长方式的转变、农业产业结构的调整,保障广大群众的消费安全具有重要的意义。我国农业的产业化程度、信息能力、管理水平和组织规模都比较低,无法抵抗国外农产品对我国农产品市场的冲击。同时,我国高质量的农产品供应不足。解决这些问题的关键是改善我国农产品供应链管理水平。将先进的RFID技术运用到农产品供应链管理中已经逐步彰显其优势,其代表了未来农产品物流信息化的发展方向。 本文首先介绍了农产品供应链管理与农产品物流信息系统。然后重点阐述了RFID技术在农产品供应链管理中生产环节、加工环节、运输/配送环节、仓储环节、销售环节中的应用,以及RFID技术在农产品供应链各环节中信息系统的设计。最后验证了RFID技术对农产品供应链管理效率的提升具有促进作用。
[Abstract]:As a large developing country, agriculture has laid the foundation for the rapid economic development of our country. In recent years, the safety of agricultural products in China has occurred frequently, which seriously endangers the health and social harmony of the masses. Therefore, it is of great significance to improve the quality and safety of agricultural products for the transformation of agricultural growth mode, the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and the protection of the consumption safety of the masses. The industrialization degree, information ability, management level and organizational scale of agriculture in China are relatively low, which can not resist the impact of foreign agricultural products on China's agricultural products market. At the same time, the supply of high-quality agricultural products in China is insufficient. The key to solve these problems is to improve the supply chain management level of agricultural products in China. The application of advanced RFID technology to agricultural product supply chain management has gradually demonstrated its advantages, which represents the development direction of agricultural logistics information in the future. This paper first introduces agricultural product supply chain management and agricultural products logistics information system. Then it focuses on the application of RFID technology in the production link, processing link, transportation / distribution link, warehousing link and sales link of agricultural product supply chain management, as well as the design of information system of RFID technology in each link of agricultural product supply chain. Finally, it is verified that RFID technology can promote the efficiency of agricultural supply chain management.
