H公司专业显示器代工模式存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化和国际分工的日益发展以及IT技术的应用,专业显示器对企业和个人消费者已不再是一个陌生的产品。在全球专业显示器市场竞争日趋激烈的今天,H公司专业显示器业务在经历了公司内部全球组织架构整合之后,公司战略管理应该进行怎样的调整和优化,提高产品质量和客户满意度,进而占据更多的市场份额,取得全球市场领先的地位,是值得研究的问题。谈到战略管理,其中代工企业的合作模式问题则是重中之重。 本论文主要以代工模式的相关研究、供应链管理理论、全球价值链理论、业务流程理论以及供应链关系理论为基础,采取对H公司与国际代工企业及供应商的战略合作关系分析,对H公司专业显示器代工模式存在的问题进行深入分析,总结出H公司专业显示器代工模式的一系列特点,并对目前存在的问题和持续性发展提出相应的建议及对策。 首先,从专业显示器的市场格局、发展趋势、产品分类、制造特点等方面对全球专业显示器的行业现状进行了分析,并总体介绍了H公司专业显示器的制造模式。 其次,对H公司的专业显示器代工模式(OEM)所存在的问题进行剖析,从供应商的单一模式、运营管理、物流管理、品质持续改善、新产品开发沟通程度和技术转移执行力等方面找出其不足。 最后,具有针对性的就供应商的单一模式、运营管理、物流管理、品质持续改善、新产品开发沟通程度和技术转移执行力等方面的不足提出建设性意见以及改进方案,并给出代工模式持续性发展的战略建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and international division of labor and the application of IT technology, professional display is no longer a new product for enterprises and individual consumers. In the day of the increasingly fierce market competition of the global professional display, the company's professional display business has experienced the whole organization of the company's global organization, and the company's strategic management should be adjusted and optimized, so as to improve the product quality and the customer satisfaction. It is worth studying in order to take up more market share and get the leading position of global market. It is very important to talk about the strategic management, among which the problem of the cooperation model of the foundry enterprises is the most important. This paper is based on the related research, supply chain management theory, global value chain theory, business process theory and supply chain relation theory, and takes the strategic cooperation relationship between the H company and the international substitute enterprise and the supplier. In this paper, the author deeply analyzes the problems existing in the design mode of the professional display of the H Company, and summarizes the series of characteristics of the work mode of the professional display of the company, and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to the existing problems and the persistent development. First, the present situation of the global professional display is analyzed from the market pattern, the developing trend, the product classification and the manufacturing characteristics of the professional display, and the system of the professional display of the company is introduced in general. Secondly, it analyzes the problems existing in the professional display generation mode (OEM) of the H company, from the single mode of the supplier, the operation management, the logistics management, the continuous improvement of the quality, the communication degree of the new product development and the execution of the technology transfer, and so on. To find out its deficiency. Finally, it has pointed out a constructive meaning on the defects of single mode, operation management, logistics management, continuous improvement of quality, communication degree of new product development and execution of technology transfer, etc. See and improve the scheme and give the continuity of the generation mode.
