【摘要】:财务战略是公司为配合自身的发展与获取竞争优势而实施的资本结构与资金计划,该计划包括资金筹集、资金投资和分红以及营运资金管理三大方面。财务战略驱动企业盈利模式,而运营模式需要与企业财务战略相匹配。现如今越来越多的实体经营企业都采用了轻资产运营模式。这些企业以最少的存货与固定资产方面的资金投入,凭借其长期积累的供应链能力、客户资源、品牌文化、技术研发、人力资源等轻资产,整合企业内外各种资源尤其是非财务资源,创造出独特的竞争优势与企业财务绩效。HL有限公司就是一个典型的采用轻资产运营的公司。该公司在轻资产运营下,迅速扩张成为了行业领军者,但其现行的运营模式与其财务战略的匹配上也出现了一些亟待解决的问题。本文以HL公司为案例,深入剖析该公司2010年至2014年这5年的大量财务信息和业务资料,首先分析了HL轻资产运营的特征,然后结合轻资产盈利模式与财务结构驱动的理论框架,从不同方面系统性地阐述了财务战略性安排在支撑HL公司轻资产盈利模式中的驱动作用的优势与不足,并提出建设性改进意见。本文期待通过HL公司案例,凸显财务战略在驱动、支持轻资产盈利模式中的独到作用,希望在获取竞争优势和提升企业价值的实践中,给其他企业以更多财务战略路径上的启示和经验。
