自然科学类博物馆展品信息可达性定量评估研究

【摘要】:本研究首先针对展品信息可达性建立了评估指标,并将其进行定量指数化,然后基于建立的评估体系进行了一个实证研究。研究首先采用多指标综合评价,构建一个合理、有效、可行、可信展品信息可达性评价指标模型,并采用效用函数综合评价确定各指标的效用函数和权值,形成完整的展品信息可达性评估指标与定量指数体系。最后针对建立的指标和指数体系进行了实证研究。本研究不关注展品的形式、内容、设计制作过程和管理情况,只聚焦于展品信息传播结果的评估。本研究建立的评估指标模型有三个一级指标,分别为:展品吸引观众情况、展品信息传播效果和观众满意度,各指标下分二级或三级指标,模型对最末级指标都进行了指数化。评估指标与指数体系简洁明了,具有较强的操作性,且结果简单并具有可比性。本研究建立的评估体系除应用于单一展品外,还可应用于主题相对集中的小型展览的评估。
[Abstract]:In this study, we first set up an evaluation index for the accessibility of exhibits' information, and then quantitatively indexed it, then carried out an empirical study based on the established evaluation system. Effective, feasible, credible exhibits information reachability evaluation index model, and use utility function comprehensive evaluation to determine the utility function and weight of each index, Finally, an empirical study on the established index and index system is carried out. This study does not pay attention to the form, content, design and manufacture process and management of the exhibits. The evaluation index model established in this study has three first-level indicators, which are: audience attraction, information dissemination effect and audience satisfaction, and each index can be divided into two or three indicators. The evaluation index and index system are simple and clear, and the results are simple and comparable. The evaluation system established in this study is not only applied to a single exhibit, but also applicable to a single exhibit. It can also be applied to the evaluation of small exhibitions with relatively concentrated themes.
