【摘要】:国家会展中心E1单体,地上7层,地下1层。由于地铁从其中心穿过,地下室被地铁线路一分为二,上部结构的最大转换跨度为117m,转换区域存在的弯矩、扭矩与剪力使得结构的受力极为复杂,设计难度大。经过方案比选,结构设计采用了带屈曲约束钢板墙的框架-支撑筒体结构,通过巨型的转换箱形曲梁实现大跨度跨越地铁,采用轻骨料混凝土减小了转换区域的荷载。由于施工期间,地铁需保持正常运营,结构设计与施工采取了多项措施来满足地铁运行的维护保养要求;采用整体结构的缩尺静力荷载试验验证了结构设计的可靠性。
[Abstract]:National Convention and Exhibition Center E1 single unit, above ground 7 stories, underground 1. As the subway passes through its center, the basement is divided into two by subway lines, the maximum span of the superstructure is 117 m, and the bending moment exists in the conversion area. Torque and shear force make the force of the structure very complicated and difficult to design. Through the scheme comparison and selection, the frame-support tube structure with buckling constraint steel plate wall is adopted in the structure design, and the large-span subway is realized through the giant transfer box curved beam. Lightweight aggregate concrete is used to reduce the load in the transfer area. Due to the need to maintain the normal operation of the subway during the construction period, many measures have been taken in the structural design and construction to meet the maintenance requirements of the subway operation. The reliability of the structural design is verified by the static load test on the scale of the whole structure.
