昌邑市种苗业发展布局及成功案例分析

【摘要】：种苗业作为我国的新兴产业,有着巨大的发展潜力和经济动力,对林业发展和生态建设也有至关重要的作用。昌邑市作为苗木输出的主要地区,种苗种植面积大,树种品种丰富,经营方式多样,具有较强的国内外市场竞争力。本文在查询文献、整理资料和实地调查的基础上,分析了昌邑市发展种苗业的优势条件,调查了昌邑市种苗发展现状,对昌邑种苗业的发展布局、发展思路、发展目标进行了探索和思考,并通过案例实证分析法对昌邑市种苗业成功案例进行分析,提出持续发展昌邑种苗业的合理化建议。主要结果如下：1、昌邑市发展种苗业具有优越的自然条件和社会经济条件：昌邑市位于山东半岛西北端,土地总面积大约为18万亩,人均土地占有率为4亩,土地资源丰富；年平均降水量在650mm,年平均气温12.3℃,极端最低气温-19.5℃,年平均光照数2591 h,无霜期总共189 d；昌邑境内地下水储藏量丰富,大约为15.24亿m3,地下水一般分布在地下2-30m内。境内可以用于种苗业发展的树种品种资源多样。全市总人口58万人,人力资源丰富。2013年,全市完成地区生产总值326.5亿元,昌邑绿博会建设成为国家级苗木交易市场。优越的自然条件和社会经济条件为种苗业的良种化、规模化、标准化的发展奠定了坚实的基础。2、调查分析了昌邑市种苗业发展现状：昌邑市现有苗木11.2万亩,树种品种600多个,苗木存量1.7亿株,苗木种类基本涵盖了江北地区适宜的绿化树种,主要树种包括七叶树、丝棉木、海棠、樱花、榆树、白蜡、美人梅、黄金槐等,年可实现销售收入6.8亿元以上。苗木产业发展的主要特点是苗木种植规模化、苗木龙头企业和种植大户多、政府支持苗木产业的扶持力度大；苗木产业发展的主要问题是市场有结构性过剩的趋势、行业无序竞争激烈、产业链条不够完善、土地和资金的瓶颈凸显、产业的技术支撑和标准化生产水平偏低。3、分析了昌邑市苗木产业发展的布局,提出了昌邑市种苗业发展布局的原则、发展思路、发展目标和发展内容。认为从主要树种品种选择入手,形成北部以耐盐碱树种为主,中部以城市绿化树种为主,南部以速生林树种为主的“三带六区”的发展格局；建设一批良种选育基地和示范基地；搭建市场平台,塑造品牌,构建开放的信息服务系统,形成科学合理、区域特色明显、竞争优势突出的种苗产业布局。4、以昌邑市新嘉苗木基地和潍坊金丝达实业有限公司为例,分析了成功种苗企业的经营模式、经营技术以及效益情况,提出了昌邑市种苗业持续科学发展的政策建议和措施。通过分析可以得出,新嘉园林苗木基地以经营园林绿化苗木为主,采用苗木专业合作社的经营模式和标准化种植模式,同时借助绿博会的绿色名片,进一步提高了园林公司和苗木专业合作社的知名度与竞争力,使公司的苗木产业快速发展。潍坊金丝达实业有限公司公司通过引进多国外技术服务、建设中国北方绿化苗木博览园、开办绿色会展提升了品牌效应,引进了北美复叶槭、欧美海棠等高收益优质绿化苗木300多品种,年销售收入达52066万元,示范带动作用发挥得较为突出。
[Abstract]:Seed industry as an emerging industry in China, has a huge development potential and economic power, but also plays a vital role in forestry development and ecological construction in Changyi city.
