酒文化博物馆的初步研究

【摘要】：随着人们物质文化与精神文化需求的日益增长,博物馆的建设也呈现出了多元化、专题化、社会化的发展趋势,从传统的综合、社会历史、艺术等类型,逐渐朝着科技、民族、民俗、生态、遗址等各个类型自然、社会科学及各行各业的专题博物馆方向发展。酒文化博物馆作为专题博物馆中的一员,是博物馆发展过程中的新生事物,短短二十年间,我国已经建成了一百多家酒文化博物馆,表现出巨大的发展潜力。但是与酒文化博物馆数量的快速增长相对应的是目前学术界关于酒文化博物馆研究成果的匮乏,实践的发展迫切需要理论的支撑。因此本文以酒文化博物馆为研究目标,从对国内外著名酒文化博物馆基本情况的梳理介绍出发,总结出酒文化博物馆的特点以及在主客观双重因素作用下我国酒文化博物馆面临的发展机遇,并针对我国酒文化博物馆在发展过程中所遇到的展览缺乏新意,博物馆功能欠缺,社会服务水平低,专业人才紧缺,对外宣传力度不够、运营经费短缺等问题,提出相应的建议和对策。希望通过笔者的基础性研究,为我国酒文化博物馆的建设与运营提供参考与借鉴,充分发挥酒文化博物馆在社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设中的作用,促进酒文化博物馆的健康可持续发展,同时抛砖引玉,促使更多的人关注到酒文化博物馆的理论研究中来。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand for material culture and spiritual culture of people, the construction of museums has also shown a trend of diversification, specialization and socialization. From the traditional integration, social history, art and other types, the museum has gradually moved towards science and technology and the nation. Folk customs, ecology, ruins and other types of natural, social science and various industries of the development of special museums. As a member of the special museum, the museum is a new thing in the museum development process, in a short period of 20 years, More than 100 wine museums have been built in China, showing great potential for development. However, the rapid increase in the number of wine museums corresponds to the lack of academic research on wine culture museums at present. The development of practice is in urgent need of theoretical support. Therefore, this paper takes the wine culture museum as the research goal and introduces the basic situation of the famous wine culture museum at home and abroad. This paper summarizes the characteristics of the wine culture museum and the opportunity for the development of the wine culture museum under the action of subjective and objective factors, and aims at the lack of new ideas and the lack of function of the wine culture museum in the course of its development. The problems of low level of social service, shortage of professional personnel, insufficient propaganda, shortage of operating funds, and so on, are put forward in this paper. I hope that through the author's basic research, To provide reference and reference for the construction and operation of China's wine culture museum, to give full play to the role of wine culture museum in the construction of socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization, and to promote the healthy and sustainable development of wine culture museum. At the same time, to attract more people to pay attention to the theoretical study of the Museum of Wine Culture.
