【摘要】：正2017年7月,英国国家图书馆发布2016—2017年报,报告显示,2016年4月1日至2017年3月31日,该馆:(1)到馆读者39.9万人次,文献流通量165.5万册件;(2)网页访问量704.1万人次,网页点击量2151.7万次;(3)新增馆藏50.8万册件,新增呈缴的印本馆藏33.4万册件,新增呈缴的数字馆藏17.4万册件;(4)通过国际合作数字化的馆藏157.3万册件;(5)创造就业岗位636个;(6)阅览服务的用户满意度96%,获取网站资源的用户满意度87%,展览服务的用户满意度为95%,员工敬业度4.02分(满分5分)。
[Abstract]:In July 2017, the National Library of the United Kingdom released its annual report 2016-2017. The report shows that from April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017, the library reached 399000 readers, with 1.655 million copies of the document in circulation.21.517 million hits 21.517 million times) 508000 new collections and 334000 new printed collections were added.174000 new digital collections submitted for submission; 174000 copies; 1.573 million copies of digital library collected through international cooperation; (5) 636 jobs created; user satisfaction 96; customer satisfaction of access to website resources 87; exhibition service usedHousehold satisfaction was 95 and employee engagement was 4.02 (a full score of 5).
