基于GPU运算的三维电脑动画投影融合系统在展示中的应用与实现

【摘要】:随着时代的发展,数字图像技术越来越多地运用到人类生活的方方面面,其中,投影技术更是在各种商业活动,大型展览中遍地开花。与此同时,由于数字科技的飞速发展和进步,人们对视觉效果的欣赏水平和眼界也越来越高,尤其是近年来,投影效果产生了革命性的进步,人们不断追求亮丽的超大画面,纯真的色彩,高分辨率的显示效果。大到指挥监控中心,网管中心的建立,小到视频会议,学术报告,技术讲座和多功能会议室的进行,对大画面,多色彩,高亮度,高分辨率显示效果的需求越来越强烈。而要达到更恢宏,气势磅礴的投影效果,就必须要采用多屏幕拼接的方法。于是,投影融合便成为一个至关重要的技术。但是,目前已有的投影融合技术,依然有很多的不足,难以满足市场的需要。其中高昂的成本使得只有大型商家在展会中才会使用,其必须使用融合机进行融合的特点使得在需要长期使用的情况下购买费用和维护费用都是居高不下的。投影融合技术是一个十分依赖硬件的技术,随着硬件的不断更新换代,如何利用现有的资源进行最大效率的开发,是否存在一种方法可以不需要融合机即可融合是目前行业内急需解决的问题。2014年由我和团队完成的青岛《寻梦园》项目就遇到了这样一个难题,我们要打造一个78米长、4米高的动画投影,客户要求美轮美奂的艺术效果与良好的投影融合效果,又提出预算有限,不能使用昂贵的融合机。为了解决这种问题,本文结合动画项目,基于GPU运算开发了一种新的融合技术。即通过对程序框架的合理设计,对融合原理的分析,将融合中需要的计算数据进行分流,同时使用CPU和GPU对图像进行计算处理,充分发挥GPU并行计算快于CPU的特点,在图像小数据大计算量的情况下,将部分数据移交GPU计算,达到充分利用硬件环境,节约资源,提高运行效率的目的。最终,在艺术的呈现与技术的创新上,都交了一份令客户满意的答卷。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, digital image technology is more and more used in all aspects of human life. Among them, projection technology is widely used in all kinds of commercial activities and large-scale exhibitions. At the same time, with the rapid development and progress of digital science and technology, the level of people's appreciation of visual effects and vision is also getting higher and higher, especially in recent years, projection effect has produced revolutionary progress, people continue to pursue bright large picture. Pure color, high resolution display effect. From the establishment of command monitoring center, network management center, video conference conference, academic report, technical lecture and multi-function conference room, the demand for large picture, multi-color, high brightness and high resolution display effect is more and more intense. In order to achieve a more magnificent, magnificent projection effect, we must adopt multi-screen splicing method. Thus, projection fusion becomes a crucial technology. However, the existing projection fusion technology, there are still a lot of deficiencies, difficult to meet the needs of the market. The high cost will only be used by large businesses in the exhibition, which must use the fusion machine for the characteristics of the need for long-term use of the case of purchase and maintenance costs are high. Projection fusion technology is a hardware-dependent technology, with the continuous upgrading of hardware, how to use existing resources for maximum efficiency development, Whether there is a way to fuse without the need for a fusion machine is a problem that needs to be solved in the industry. The Qingdao Dream Garden project, completed by my team and I in 2014, has encountered such a problem. We want to create a 78-meter long 4m high animation projection, the customer request beautiful artistic effect and good projection fusion effect, but also the budget is limited, can not use expensive fusion machine. In order to solve this problem, a new fusion technology based on GPU is developed in this paper. That is, through the reasonable design of the program framework and the analysis of the fusion principle, the computing data needed in the fusion is divided. At the same time, CPU and GPU are used to calculate and process the images, so that the parallel computation of GPU is faster than that of CPU. In the case of large computation of small image data, part of the data is transferred to GPU to achieve the purpose of making full use of hardware environment, saving resources and improving operation efficiency. Finally, in the presentation of art and technological innovation, have submitted a customer satisfaction.
