GBE展览公司人力资源管理问题诊断报告

【摘要】:本文以人力资源管理理论为基础,以有针对性的人员访谈和问卷调查为工具,通过对比分析的方法,对GBE展览公司的人力资源管理问题进行了全面的诊断。首先,文章结合了会展行业的行业特点和小微公司“小”的特点,从GBE展览公司的用人模式、人员招聘、薪酬发放、员工培训、领导力的作用几个大的方面入手,全面识别该公司的人力资源管理现状,找到其中的问题所在。其次,依据调查结果,从上述几个方面对该公司做了深入细致的问题分析。最后,在以上研究的基础上提出了针对公司目前人力资源管理状况的改进措施,包括打造固定员工和临时员工相结合的用人模式,个别岗位实行人力资源外包,建立人才梯队,完善招聘和薪酬管理制度,开展员工培训,提高公司领导的个人魅力和领导能力等方面。文章对于GBE展览公司改善人力资源管理现状,解决招人难、留人难的问题等方面有着重要的指导意义。 本文的贡献主要在于:(1)结合了会展服务行业的行业特点,结合了小微公司“小”的特点,对服务于会展行业的处于起步阶段的小微公司的人力资源管理状况进行了探讨,并做了有针对性的调查和访谈。(2)通过对GBE展览公司人力资源管理问题的诊断,提出了相应的改进措施。此研究成果也可普及到其他相关行业的小微公司,对小微公司完善人力资源管理制度有着指导意义。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of human resource management, this paper makes a comprehensive diagnosis of the human resource management of GBE exhibition company by means of the method of comparative analysis, using targeted personnel interviews and questionnaires as tools. First of all, the article combines the industry characteristics of the exhibition industry and the "small" characteristics of small and micro companies, starting from the GBE exhibition company's employment model, personnel recruitment, salary distribution, staff training, leadership role in several major aspects. Fully identify the current situation of the company's human resources management, and find out where the problem lies. Secondly, according to the survey results, from the above several aspects of the company to do a thorough and detailed problem analysis. Finally, on the basis of the above research, the paper puts forward the improvement measures for the current situation of human resources management of the company, including creating a combination of fixed and temporary employees, implementing human resource outsourcing in individual posts, and establishing talent echelons. Perfect recruitment and salary management system, develop employee training, improve personal charm and leadership ability of company leaders. The article has important guiding significance for GBE exhibition company to improve the present situation of human resource management and solve the problems of recruiting and retaining people. The contribution of this paper mainly lies in: (1) combining the industry characteristics of the exhibition service industry and the "small" characteristics of the small micro companies, this paper discusses the human resource management situation of the small micro companies serving the exhibition industry at the initial stage. Through the diagnosis of human resource management in GBE exhibition company, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. The research results can also be popularized to other related industries of small micro companies, small companies to improve the human resources management system has a guiding significance.
