【摘要】： 我国自古就有会展活动的记载,逐渐发展成为世界强国。但是由于我国根深蒂固的封建制度,和固步自封的态度,渐渐地落后于世界的发展。会展作为商品交换、技术文化交流的重要途径一直没有引起重视。我国的近代会展业比西方国家近代会展发展落后了近一个世纪,我国现代会展业也只有短短的三十年的发展历史。但是在会展业能带来巨大的经济与社会效益的诱惑下,各地纷纷掀起会展场馆的建设热潮,缺乏前期调研,场馆自身的设计上都是直接套用西方的建筑形式。造成了社会资源的严重浪费和城市间的恶性竞争。上海地处我国海岸线中心和长江入海口这个优越地理位置,和长三角棉纺产业基地的腹心,是上海发展的客观条件,也正是这种客观条件使其能迅速崛起甚至超越其他沿海城市。其国际港口贸易地位是客观存在,我国其他城市多不能代替的。但是就是因为上海的重要位置使其在国家政策上经历了开放——遏制——被迫开放——再限制——再开放的发展过程,一个城市同时在国家控制、西方经济文化冲击和自身开放发展的矛盾中成长。上海的近代会展业发展是在开放后的城市经济发展和政治环境所决定的,而在其发展过程中也形成了独特的发展特点和面临着一系列的发展问题。希望从上海的会展建筑发展过程的研究中能总结出一些符合中国国情的发展方式,作为会展建筑建设体系有个实例参考,同时作为我国对会展建筑研究的理论体系的一部分。本论文分为四章来对上海会展建筑发展状况进行了阐述。第一章为本文的绪论部分,主要从研究背景、研究对象的界定、研究意义和目的及研究方法与研究框架等几个方面对于题目作出解释和界定。第二章以时间为主轴,分段论述上海会展活动发展背景、过程及特点第三章以时间为主轴,联系上海会展活动的发展过程分段论述上海会展建筑发展过程及特点第四章论述上海会展活动、城市建设发展等方面的发展趋势,及上海会展建筑所存在的各种缺陷,探讨未来上海会展建筑发展的方向和策略,希望通过分析思考能加深和拓展自己设计知识,同时也能带给别人一些观点和启发。最后一章作为全文论述和研究结论与观点的总结。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, China has recorded the exhibition activities and gradually developed into a powerful country in the world. But because of our country's deep-rooted feudal system and fixed attitude, it gradually lags behind the development of the world. Exhibition as a commodity exchange, the important way to exchange technology and culture has not been paid attention to. China's modern convention and exhibition industry lags behind the western modern exhibition industry by nearly a century, and China's modern convention and exhibition industry has only a short history of 30 years. But in the exhibition industry can bring huge economic and social benefits of the temptation, many places set off the construction of exhibition venues upsurge, lack of early research, venues themselves are directly using the design of Western architectural forms. It has caused serious waste of social resources and vicious competition among cities. Shanghai is located in the center of our country's coastline and at the estuary of the Yangtze River, as well as in the heart of the Yangtze River Delta cotton spinning industry base, which is the objective condition for the development of Shanghai. It is this objective condition that enables it to rise rapidly and even surpass other coastal cities. Its international port trade status is objective existence, our country other cities can not replace. But it is precisely because of Shanghai's important position that it has experienced an open, containment, forced opening, relimiting, reopening development process in state policy. A city is under state control at the same time. Western economic and cultural shocks and their own open development in the contradictions of growth. The development of Shanghai's modern convention and exhibition industry is determined by the economic development and political environment of the city after the opening up, but in the process of its development, it has formed its unique development characteristics and is facing a series of development problems. It is hoped that from the research of the development process of the exhibition building in Shanghai, we can sum up some development modes which are in line with the national conditions of China, as an example of the construction system of the exhibition building, and as a part of the theoretical system of the research on the exhibition building in our country at the same time. This paper is divided into four chapters to expound the development of Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Building. The first chapter is the introduction of this paper, mainly from the research background, the definition of research object, research significance and purpose, research methods and research framework to explain and define the topic. The second chapter, with time as the main axis, discusses the background, process and characteristics of the development of Shanghai Convention and Exhibition activities in sections. The third chapter discusses the development process and characteristics of Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Building in the light of the development process of Shanghai Convention and Exhibition activities, taking time as the main axis. The fourth chapter discusses the development trend of Shanghai Convention and Exhibition activities, the development of urban construction, and the defects of Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Building, and probes into the direction and strategy of the future development of Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Building. I hope that I can deepen and expand my knowledge of design by analyzing and thinking, and at the same time, I can give others some ideas and inspiration. The last chapter is the conclusion and conclusion of the research.
