浙图依托“四个联盟”推动联动发展

【摘要】：正近年来,浙江图书馆明确发展定位,创新发展手段,依托"四个联盟",即全省公共图书馆展览联盟、讲座联盟、信息服务联盟、网络技术联盟,积极推动全省公共图书馆联动发展,取得了显著成效。讲座联盟现有68家成员馆,展览联盟采用阶梯式发展模式,以市级公共图书馆为一级签约单位,由市而县,辐射全省公共图书馆。讲座和展览联盟分别建立了含29个系列263位讲师的讲座资源库和近百个主题的展览资源库,借助这些资源,浙图依托"文澜讲坛"、"文澜展窗"开展了大量巡讲、巡展工作,受到各地群众的欢迎。同时,浙江图书馆以参考咨询工作为着力点,建成全省公共图书馆信息联盟服务平台,以全省各地"两会"召开为契机,通过"两会服务"栏目、工作简报、电话咨询等方式,推动成员馆开展政府决策信息服务。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Zhejiang libraries have clearly defined their development orientation and innovative development means, relying on the "four alliances", namely, the Provincial Public Library Exhibition Alliance, the Lecture Alliance, the Information Service Alliance, and the Network Technology Alliance. Actively promote the development of public libraries in the province, achieved remarkable results. There are 68 member libraries in the Lecture Union, and the Exhibition Union adopts the stepwise development model, taking the municipal public library as the first level contracting unit, from the city to the county, radiating the public library of the whole province. The Lecture and Exhibition Union has set up a lecture resource bank of 29 series of 263 lecturers and an exhibition resource bank of nearly 100 topics. With the help of these resources, Zhejiang and Tu rely on "Wenlan Forum" and "Wenlan Exhibition window" to carry out a large number of tours and exhibitions. Be welcomed by the masses everywhere. At the same time, the Zhejiang Library, with reference and consulting work as its focus, has built up a service platform for the information alliance of public libraries throughout the province, taking the convening of the "two sessions" throughout the province as an opportunity to use the "two sessions' service" columns, work briefs, telephone consultation, and so on. Promote member libraries to carry out government decision-making information services.
