[Abstract]:Since 2004, Weihai City, Shandong Province has invested in the construction of international exhibition center, international convention center and civic culture center and other large public venues. Focusing on strengthening the overall management and scientific operation of the stadiums and gymnasiums, Weihai City Finance Bureau has carried out many years of practice, and has explored a new way to ensure the preservation and increment of state-owned assets by taking into account social and economic benefits.
