【摘要】：正"第四届广东画院学术提名展"从文化主题出发策展,其意义在于:一方面很好地弥补了近些年来美术展览对"公民"这一重大主题的忽视,另一方面也提示了艺术良心在当下的无比重要性。从艺术史上看,和古希腊或古罗马在民主政治的雏形上出现的"公民"概念并不一样,中国是一个长期处于封建统治之下的国度,而处在底层的普通大众一向是被历代统治者所忽视的。与此相匹配的是,那些表现帝王与侍从的作品,总是将前者画得
[Abstract]:"the fourth Guangdong Academy of painting academic nomination Exhibition" is being curated from the cultural theme. Its significance lies in: on the one hand, it makes up for the neglect of the major theme of "Citizen" in the art exhibition in recent years. On the other hand, it also indicates the great importance of artistic conscience in the present. In the history of art, China is a country under feudal rule, different from the concept of "citizen" which appeared in the embryonic form of democracy in ancient Greece or Rome. The general masses at the bottom have always been neglected by the rulers. And what matches this is that the works that represent emperors and waiters always draw the former.
