试论行业博物馆的现状与前景

【摘要】：目前,在南京地区,甚至整个江苏、中国,博物馆的类型都更侧重于人文历史类,而显得单调乏味。为了博物馆的未来,必须大力发展其他博物馆类型,行业博物馆就是其中一个发展的方向。在我国,现有的行业博物馆主要分为三种类型：按照展览内容的行业属性分类的专门博物馆、专题博物馆,如行业博物馆中影响较大的高校博物馆；按办馆主体的行政隶属关系分类的博物馆,如隶属于国家部委和省市的教育、体育、地质、军事等博物馆；企业自行设立的特定的行业博物馆,如电信、地质、银行、烟草、铁路、纺织等专业、专题性博物馆。这几乎涵盖了现今大部分行业,对推动博物馆发展和宣传行业文化有着重要意义。结合前人的研究成果以及对南京地区四所行业博物馆的走访,不难看出该地区行业博物馆总体来说发展趋势并不是非常好。要改变现状,必须多方面、全方位的重视,不但要学习国内外先进事例,还要提高工作人员的工作素养和工作热情。对于行业博物馆资金短缺等问题,须结合实际情况提供可解决的方案。值得强调的是,行业博物馆是博物馆的一种类型,其发展与未来均与博物馆息息相关,不能厚此薄彼。
[Abstract]:At present, the types of museums in Nanjing, even in Jiangsu and China, are more humanistic and historical. For the future of museums, we must vigorously develop other types of museums, trade museums is one of the development direction. In our country, the existing trade museums can be divided into three types: special museums classified according to the industry attributes of exhibition content, special museums, such as universities and colleges that have a great influence in trade museums; Museums classified according to the administrative subordination of the subject, such as educational, sports, geological, military and other museums attached to state ministries and provinces; museums of specific industries set up by enterprises, such as telecommunications, geology, banking, tobacco, etc., Railway, textile and other specialties, special museums. This almost covers most of today's industries and has important implications for promoting museums and promoting industry culture. Combined with previous research results and visits to four trade museums in Nanjing, it is not difficult to see that the development trend of industry museums in this area is not very good in general. In order to change the present situation, we must pay attention to all aspects, not only to learn from the advanced examples at home and abroad, but also to improve the work accomplishment and enthusiasm of the staff. For the shortage of funds for industry museums and other problems, must be combined with the actual situation to provide a solution. It is worth emphasizing that trade museum is a kind of museum, and its development and future are closely related to museum.
