会展中心建筑智能化系统研究与应用

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展,建筑智能化技术在许多地区建筑工程中得到了广泛运用。但是,智能建筑的概念所涵盖的内容越来越多,涉及到的技术领域越来越广。建筑智能化系统涉及到的子系统非常之多,设计人员针对各子系统的设计思路及侧重点均各不相同。因此,对同一个建筑智能化系统而言,由不同的设计师设计产生的经济及社会效果可能大相径庭。 本文在介绍智能建筑概念、特点和分类的基础上,给出了智能建筑发展过程中面临的一个主要问题:建筑智能化总体设计过程中系统结构的建立。针对文化类智能建筑中会展中心的建筑智能化设计,广泛调研国内外研究现状,具体完成了以下四方面工作: 1、依照我国国情进行了会展中心的宏观需求分析; 2、在系统分析的基础上对会展中心功能做精确定位,我们借鉴CMMI(能力成熟度模型集成)的思想,将会展中心智能化系统设计等级划分为简约型、基本型和综合型三个等级,建立适用于不同规格会展中心智能化系统较为通用的系统结构,这是文中主要创新点; 3、将上述系统结构运用在某市会展中心智能化工程项目中并进行验证; 4、总结所做工作,对进一步需要解决的问题也进行了探讨,在会展中心类智能建筑中具有一定推广价值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in China, intelligent building technology has been widely used in many areas. However, the concept of intelligent building covers more and more content and involves more and more technical fields. There are many subsystems involved in intelligent building system, and the design ideas and emphases of each subsystem are different. Therefore, for the same building intelligent system, the economic and social effects of different designers may vary greatly. Based on the introduction of the concept, characteristics and classification of intelligent building, this paper presents a major problem in the development of intelligent building: the establishment of system structure in the process of building intelligent overall design. Aiming at the intelligent design of convention and exhibition center in the cultural intelligent building, the present research situation at home and abroad has been investigated extensively, and the following four aspects of work have been accomplished: 1. According to the national conditions of our country, the macroscopic demand analysis of the exhibition center has been carried out; 2. On the basis of system analysis, the function of convention and exhibition center is precisely positioned. We use the idea of CMMI (capability maturity Model Integration) for reference, and divide the design level of intelligent system of exhibition center into simple type. It is the main innovation of this paper to establish a general system structure suitable for the intelligent system of convention and exhibition center of different specifications according to the three grades of basic type and comprehensive type. 3. The above system structure is applied in the intelligent project of a city convention and exhibition center and verified; 4. This paper summarizes the work done and discusses the problems that need to be solved further, which is worth popularizing in the intelligent building of exhibition center.
