上海展览产业集群的识别、结构与优化研究

【摘要】： 20世纪90年代以来,随着我国经济的超常规增长和改革开放力度的增强,上海展览业得到了快速的发展。在社会科技进步和经济全球化的双重影响下,越来越多的展览企业将原来在企业内部的许多功能外包给专业化的公司,而专注于自己更擅长的部分,产业组织呈现出纵、横多向分解的趋势,导致产业链的扩散和复杂化。同时,新的分工方式带来了价值传递与信息传递的改变,而不同企业按照新的规则和市场标准,在新的界面上相互交叉、融合,演变成一种网络状的产业组合形态,称之为网络状产业集群。本文的主要内容之一是依据产业经济学的理论,从技术上对上海展览产业集群进行了界定。首先利用区位商(LQ)的方法,按照产业收入和办展面积这两个经济量对集群的集中度进行了测量；其次对集群内部的具体行业与企业进行了细分；最后分析了展览产业集群的价值链,从而综合利用以上结论揭示并界定了上海展览产业集群。本文另一个主要内容是在前一部分的基础上,结合无差异网络节点理论的启示,分析上海展览产业集群的网络结构。通过揭示组展商与展览场馆在产业集群的核心地位,阐述各个网络节点的作用与现状,并分析了该结构的优势与矛盾。在此部分还着重分析了上海展览产业集群中的三个区块模式：CBD模式、SUB-CBD模式、近郊模式。本文最后根据发展上海展览业的需要,结合产业集群升级理论,提出了以产业市场化运作、龙头公司上市融资为核心的发展上海展览产业集群的一些建议。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, the exhibition industry in Shanghai has been developing rapidly with the economic growth and the strengthening of reform and opening up. Under the dual influence of social, scientific and technological progress and economic globalization, more and more exhibition enterprises outsource many of their original functions within the enterprise to specialized companies, while focusing on the part they are better at, the industrial organization presents a vertical pattern. Horizontal multi-directional decomposition of the trend, leading to the proliferation and complexity of the industrial chain. At the same time, the new division of labor has brought about the change of value transmission and information transmission. According to the new rules and market standards, different enterprises intersect and merge with each other on the new interface. Called network-shaped industrial clusters. One of the main contents of this paper is to define Shanghai exhibition industry cluster technically according to the theory of industrial economics. Firstly, by using the method of location quotient (LQ), the concentration degree of cluster is measured according to the two economic quantities of industry income and exhibition area, and then the specific industries and enterprises inside the cluster are subdivided. Finally, the value chain of the exhibition industry cluster is analyzed, and the above conclusions are comprehensively used to reveal and define the exhibition industry cluster in Shanghai. The other main content of this paper is to analyze the network structure of Shanghai exhibition industrial cluster on the basis of the former part and the enlightenment of the theory of undifferentiated network node. By revealing the core position of group exhibitors and exhibition venues in industrial clusters, this paper expounds the functions and present situation of each network node, and analyzes the advantages and contradictions of the structure. In this part, three block models in Shanghai exhibition industry cluster are analyzed: CBD model, SUB-CBD model and suburb model. Finally, according to the needs of the development of Shanghai exhibition industry, combined with the theory of industrial cluster upgrading, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of Shanghai exhibition industry cluster with the core of industrial market-oriented operation and listed financing of leading companies.
