[Abstract]:Just east of Tianjin, near a 153-kilometer coastline, a modern international new city, called Binhai New area, is on the rise. At the heart of Binhai New area, the project of Yujiabu Financial District is in full swing. The 3.86-square-kilometre financial district will have 120 market exhibitions, modern finance, traditional finance, education, training and commercial, commercial and residential projects, and will become the largest financial district in the world. However, as in the national situation, Yujiabu Financial District also faces problems such as land tension, heavy traffic pressure, lack of urban green space and parking facilities.
