【摘要】：世界经济社会发展的低碳化促进传统金融向低碳金融转变,中国作为发展中的大国和碳排放总量大国,须大力发展碳金融。本文基于碳排放权与碳金融理论,对西方投行进行碳金融创新的模式、路径及存在的问题进行了系统的阐述。本文认为,我国券商应借鉴西方投行碳金融创新的经验,积极开展碳金融创新。文章分析了我国资本市场碳金融的实践及相关制度安排,并就改善碳金融环境提出了政策建议。
[Abstract]:The low-carbon development of the world economy and society promotes the transition from traditional finance to low-carbon finance. As a developing country and a big country of carbon emissions, China should develop carbon finance vigorously. This paper is based on the theory of carbon emission rights and carbon finance. This paper systematically expounds the mode, path and existing problems of carbon finance innovation in western investment banks. This paper holds that Chinese securities firms should draw lessons from the experiences of carbon finance innovation in western investment banks. This paper analyzes the practice of carbon finance in China's capital market and the relevant institutional arrangements, and puts forward some policy suggestions for improving the carbon finance environment.
