【摘要】：现金管理服务是一种令商业银行和企业双赢的金融服务。商业银行现金管理服务在我国经过20多年的发展,已形成一定规模,但在发展过程中暴露出一些问题。本文以A商业银行为研究对象,研究A商业银行现金管理服务存在的问题,强调现金管理服务机制优化,并以A商业银行现金管理服务机制优化的案例补充说明,希望通过现金管理服务机制优化解决A商业银行现金管理服务的问题,也为其它商业银行提供参考依据,促进现金管理服务在我国的发展。本文通过文献研究法了解现金管理服务的基本概念,利用图表示例法直观的说明A商业银行现金管理产品处理流程,运用SWOT分析法分析A商业银行的发展策略,利用案例分析法对现金管理服务机制优化进行补充说明。本文从明确现金管理服务的基本概念、特点和现金管理产品入手,分析A商业银行在现金管理产品创新,现金管理服务部组织结构,现金管理服务流程、系统平台、营销策略和评价标准方面的现状,指出A商业银行现金管理服务的问题,明确A商业银行的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,强调A商业银行现金管理服务机制优化,从确定现金管理服务的宗旨及原则,产品优化、流程优化、组织机构优化、部门人员优化、岗位职责优化、系统平台提升、营销策略优化和评价标准优化方面提出优化建议。最后对现金管理服务机制优化的深入探讨进行展望。
[Abstract]:Cash management service is a win-win financial service for commercial banks and enterprises. After more than 20 years of development, cash management services of commercial banks have formed a certain scale. However, some problems are exposed in the process of development. This paper takes A commercial bank as the research object, studies the problems existing in the cash management service of A commercial bank, and emphasizes the optimization of cash management service mechanism. And with the A commercial bank cash management service mechanism optimization case supplementary explanation, hoped through the cash management service mechanism optimization solution A commercial bank cash management service question. It also provides reference for other commercial banks to promote the development of cash management services in China. This paper through literature research to understand the basic concept of cash management services. Using the chart example method to intuitively explain A commercial bank cash management product processing process, using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the development strategy of A commercial bank. In this paper, the basic concept, characteristics and cash management products of cash management service are clarified. This paper analyzes the current situation of A commercial bank in the aspects of cash management product innovation, cash management service organizational structure, cash management service flow, system platform, marketing strategy and evaluation criteria. This paper points out the problems of A commercial bank's cash management service, clarifies the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of A commercial bank, and emphasizes the optimization of A commercial bank's cash management service mechanism. From determining the purpose and principle of cash management service, product optimization, process optimization, organization optimization, department staff optimization, post responsibility optimization, system platform upgrading. Finally, the optimization of cash management service mechanism is discussed.
