【摘要】：中小企业是我国经济和社会发展的重要力量，推进中小企业快速发展，是保持中国经济稳健发展的关键，是关系社会和谐的要求，是扩大社会就业和改善民生的重要保证。中小企业的迅猛发展已成为我国经济发展的强劲动力和驱动因素之一，已成为不可逆转的必然趋势。从世界经济发展的过程来看，中小企业对促进经济发展，，繁荣市场经济都非常重大,在国民经济以及社会中都具有举足轻重的地位。如何支持中小企业发展，是全社会应该共同关心的话题。正确认识中小企业发展中的问题，并提出解决的对策是认识问题、分析问题和解决问题的基本思路和方法。本文通过对我国中小企业业务的研究，揭示中小企业在我国经济社会中的地位和作用，梳理中小企业的特点及特征。介绍了河南省中小企业所处的经济环境，指出了目前河南中小企业的发展机遇，同时对河南中小企业存在的问题和挑战也一一进行了详细的分析，在看到中小企业发展因素的同时，也要看到中小企业面临的不利因素，从而对目前中小企业业务的情况和状态有一个清晰的认识和全面的把握。运用横比和纵比两种方法对中行河南行的中小企业业务进行了详尽的分析，并对同业的中小企业经营管理状况做出分析。最后从宏观和微观层面上探索促进河南行中小企业发展的若干建议，指出积极探索银行支持中小企业的经营模式，“以市场为导向，以客户为中心”，满足不同地区、不同行业、不同类型、不同发展阶段中小企业的需求，实现中国银行河南省分行中小企业业务更好更快的发展。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important force in the economic and social development of our country. To promote the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises is the key to maintaining the steady development of China's economy and the requirement of social harmony. It is an important guarantee for expanding social employment and improving people's livelihood. The rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises has become one of the strong driving forces and driving factors of China's economic development, and has become an irreversible and inevitable trend. From the perspective of the process of world economic development, Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in promoting economic development and prospering the market economy. They play an important role in the national economy and society. How to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises? It is a topic of common concern for the whole society. The correct understanding of the problems in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and put forward the countermeasures are to recognize the problems, analyze the problems and the basic ideas and methods to solve the problems. Based on the study of the business of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, this paper reveals the status and role of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country's economic society, combs the characteristics and characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, and introduces the economic environment of small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan Province. This paper points out the development opportunity of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan Province, and analyzes the problems and challenges of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan one by one. When we see the development factors of the small and medium-sized enterprises, we should also see the unfavorable factors that the small and medium-sized enterprises are facing. In order to have a clear understanding and a comprehensive grasp of the current situation and status of the small and medium-sized enterprises' business, the paper makes a detailed analysis of the small and medium-sized enterprises' business in Henan Bank of China by using the two methods of horizontal ratio and vertical ratio. Finally, some suggestions on promoting the development of SMEs in Henan Province are explored from the macro and micro levels, and it is pointed out that we should actively explore the business model of banks to support small and medium-sized enterprises, and take the market as the guide. Take the customer as the center, meet the needs of the small and medium-sized enterprises in different regions, different industries, different types and different development stages, and realize the better and faster development of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan Branch of Bank of China.
