跨国公司的进入模式及对东道国市场结构的影响

【摘要】：经济全球化是当今世界经济发展的重要趋势,跨国公司是经济全球化进程的参与主体。在经济全球化的背景下,外商直接投资迅速增长,对全球的经济增长、技术进步以及各国市场结构的调整产生越来越重要的影响。跨国公司对外直接投资主要有两种进入模式：一种是新建投资,另一种是跨国并购。跨国公司的两种进入模式对东道国的市场结构以及技术转移等方面的影响有所不同,但已有的外商直接投资理论很少区分跨国公司的两种典型进入模式。中国在改革开放之后不断扩大外商直接投资的引进规模,如何有效地吸引和利用外商直接投资对中国市场结构的调整与完善至关重要。所以,本文对跨国公司的两种主要进入模式及对东道国市场结构的影响进行研究,不仅具有理论价值,也有重要的现实意义。本文将国际直接投资理论和产业组织理论结合起来,运用理论和实际相结合的分析方法。在揭示跨国公司进入世界市场以跨国并购为主而进入中国市场以新建投资为主这一问题的基础上,本文对跨国公司的进入模式进行理论分析,给出这一问题的合理解释。然后本文对跨国公司的进入模式对东道国市场结构造成的影响进行详细的理论分析,并以高技术行业为例实际分析跨国公司的进入模式对中国市场结构的影响存在哪些差异。最后根据以上分析得出本文的研究结论,并给出相应的政策建议。与已有相关文献的研究成果相比,本文在以下几个方面进行了探索性的研究：第一,构建博弈模型对跨国公司的进入模式进行理论分析,为政策干预跨国公司进入模式的选择提供理论依据；第二,分进入初期和进入后期,从市场集中度、进入和退出壁垒、产品差别化、规模经济四个方面分析跨国公司的进入模式对东道国市场结构造成的影响；第三,选取具有代表性的高技术行业,从短期和长期两个方面分析跨国公司的进入模式对中国市场结构的影响存在哪些差异。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization is an important trend of economic development in the world today, and multinational corporations are the main participants in the process of economic globalization. Under the background of economic globalization, foreign direct investment (FDI) increases rapidly, and the global economic growth. Technological advances and the restructuring of national markets are having an increasingly important impact. There are two main modes of entry for TNCs' OFDI: one is new investment, The other is cross-border mergers and acquisitions. The two entry modes of transnational corporations have different effects on the market structure and technology transfer of host countries. However, the existing theories of FDI rarely distinguish between the two typical entry modes of multinational corporations. After the reform and opening up, China has been expanding the scale of FDI. How to attract and utilize FDI effectively is very important to the adjustment and improvement of Chinese market structure. Not only has the theory value, also has the important realistic significance. This paper combines the theory of international direct investment with the theory of industrial organization. Based on the analysis method of combining theory and practice, this paper reveals that multinational corporations enter the world market mainly by transnational mergers and acquisitions, while the Chinese market is dominated by new investment. This paper makes a theoretical analysis of the entry mode of multinational corporations, and gives a reasonable explanation of this problem. Then, this paper makes a detailed theoretical analysis of the impact of the entry mode of transnational corporations on the market structure of host countries. Taking the high-tech industry as an example, this paper analyzes the influence of the entry mode of multinational corporations on the market structure of China. Finally, based on the above analysis, the conclusion of this paper is drawn, and the corresponding policy recommendations are given. Compared with the research results of related literature, this paper has carried on the exploratory research in the following aspects:. The first is to construct a game model to analyze the entry mode of multinational corporations, and to provide the theoretical basis for the policy intervention in the choice of entry mode of multinational corporations. Secondly, it analyzes the impact of the entry mode of multinational corporations on the market structure of host country from four aspects: market concentration, entry and exit barriers, product differentiation and economies of scale. Thirdly, select the representative high-tech industry and analyze the influence of the entry mode of multinational corporations on the market structure of China from the two aspects of the short term and the long term.
