物流企业开展物流金融服务的模式和风险研究

【摘要】：物流金融业务逐渐为我国物流企业所重视，并逐渐成为了企业的一个创新的增值业务。在该项服务中，不仅帮助中小企业解决融资困难的问题，还成了物流企业的新的利润源泉，为我国物流企业的发展提供了一个崭新的发展平台和发展壮大并提高竞争力的一个机会。但是我国物流金融服务尚未完善，还处于比较初级的阶段，并且此业务涉及到复杂的法律关系、三方主体、运营环节的错综等，对物流企业而言，是一项风险比较高的业务。因此我国物流企业在开展物流金融服务的情况下，运用何种业务模式、在业务的具体操作过程中会遇到怎样的风险、针对这些风险如何控制和防范则构成了本文研究的动机。本文对物流金融服务和物流金融风险的相关理论进行了综述分析，基于理论的研究，揭示物流企业开展物流金融服务的基本动因和重要意义；在前人对物流金融模式的研究和实际的调查访问中，归纳总结了物流企业开展物流金融的五种主要模式，，并进一步的分析了各业务模式的运作流程，从而阐述了物流企业可能面临的物流金融服务的各种风险。基于初选的风险指标体系，本人通过制作调查问卷，咨询物流企业和一些企业的物流部门的部长级别以上的专业认识以及校内专家对个指标因素给予评价，并通过主成分分析法作出科学的筛选，保留可信度较高的指标形成最终的评价指标体系。针对这些风险因素提出一些科学有效地风险控制和防范措施，希望对物流企业开展物流金融服务中提高风险管理水平、增强物流金融服务的竞争力提供一定的参考价值，同时为我国物流企业开展物流金融的项目风险管理探索出一条新的道路。
[Abstract]:Logistics financial business has gradually been attached importance to by logistics enterprises in our country, and has gradually become an innovative value-added business of enterprises. In this service, it not only helps small and medium-sized enterprises solve the problem of financing difficulties, It has also become a new profit source for logistics enterprises, which provides a new development platform and an opportunity for the development and expansion of logistics enterprises in China, but the logistics financial services in our country are not yet perfect. It is still at a relatively preliminary stage, and this business involves complex legal relations, tripartite subjects, operational links, and so on. For logistics enterprises, Therefore, under the circumstance of developing logistics financial services, what kind of business model will be used and what kind of risks will be encountered in the specific operation process of the business? How to control and prevent these risks constitutes the motive of this paper. This paper summarizes and analyzes the related theories of logistics financial service and logistics financial risk. Based on the theoretical research, it reveals the basic motivation and significance of logistics financial service. In the research of logistics finance model and the actual investigation and interview, the paper sums up five main modes of logistics finance, and further analyzes the operation flow of each business model. Based on the risk index system of primary election, I made a questionnaire. Consulting with logistics enterprises and some enterprises' logistics departments at or above the ministerial level, as well as experts in schools to evaluate the index factors, and to make scientific screening through principal component analysis. The index with high credibility is retained to form the final evaluation index system. In view of these risk factors, some scientific and effective risk control and prevention measures are put forward in order to improve the level of risk management in the logistics financial service of logistics enterprises. Enhancing the competitiveness of logistics financial services provides a certain reference value, and at the same time, it explores a new way for logistics enterprises to carry out project risk management of logistics finance.
