PFJN分行个人理财业务发展对策研究

【摘要】:商业银行的个人理财业务是指商业银行根据客户个人和家庭的财务状况结合其风险承受能力,为其提供的财务分析、规划、投资顾问及资产管理等专业化服务,并运用各种金融工具帮助客户构建资产组合实现财富的保值和增值,以顺利实现其各类理财目标。随着我国经济持续快速发展,居民收入水平不断提高,理财需求日趋强烈,商业银行个人理财业务备受青睐,现已成为各家银行竞争的重点领域,任何一家商业银行要想在零售业务上有所作为,都必须积极采取应对措施,制定科学有效的理财业务发展策略。作者以PFJN分行个人理财业务作为研究对象,试图通过研究找到该行个人理财业务发展的正确方向,提出切实有效的对策和建议。 在论文的第一章绪论部分,作者对论文的研究背景与意义、研究思路与方法、研究框架与内容、文献综述及研究的创新点和不足作了介绍。第二章作者首先从银监会及国际金融理财标准委员会对个人理财业务的不同定义概述个人理财的内涵,之后介绍了发展商业银行个人理财业务的重要理论基础,包括生命周期理论、投资组合理论、市场细分理论和金融创新理论等。论文第三章笔者运用上述理论对PFJN分行个人理财业务发展现状、存在的问题及根源进行了深入分析。在论文的第四章,笔者在对国内外商业银行个人理财业务发展历程、特点分别作了介绍之后,从二者所处发展阶段、市场定位、品牌意识、服务水平等方面进行比较分析得出可供我国商业银行借鉴之处。第五章在二、三、四章的基础上,作者以相关理论为基础,借鉴国外商业银行理财业务发展先进经验,结合PFJN分行个人理财业务实际情况提出发展对策和建议。第六章为论文的结论。 希望本文的研究能对PFJN分行的个人理财业务发展提供一些有益的探索和帮助,以应对激烈的理财业务同业市场竞争,实现理财业务跨越式的发展。
[Abstract]:The personal financial management business of commercial banks refers to the specialized services provided by commercial banks according to the financial situation of their clients and their families, including financial analysis, planning, investment consultants and asset management, and so on. All kinds of financial instruments are used to help clients build up asset combinations to maintain and increase their wealth, so as to realize their financial objectives. With the sustained and rapid development of our economy, the increasing income level of residents, the increasingly strong demand for financial management, commercial banks' personal finance business has been favored, and has become a key area of competition among banks. Any commercial bank in order to do something in the retail business, we must take active measures to formulate a scientific and effective financial business development strategy. Taking PFJN branch personal finance business as the object of study, the author tries to find out the correct direction of the development of the bank's personal finance business through the research, and puts forward practical and effective countermeasures and suggestions. In the first chapter, the author introduces the research background and significance, the research ideas and methods, the research framework and content, the literature review and the innovative points and shortcomings of the research. In the second chapter, the author first summarizes the connotation of personal finance from the different definitions of CBRC and the International Financial Management Standards Committee, and then introduces the important theoretical basis for the development of personal finance business in commercial banks. Including life cycle theory, portfolio theory, market segmentation theory and financial innovation theory. In the third chapter, the author analyzes the current situation, problems and root causes of PFJN branch's personal finance business. In the fourth chapter of the paper, the author introduces the development course and characteristics of personal finance business of commercial banks at home and abroad, from the stage of their development, market positioning, brand awareness, Service level and other aspects of comparative analysis can be used for reference by commercial banks in China. The fifth chapter is based on the second, third and fourth chapters. Based on the relevant theories, the author draws lessons from the advanced experience of foreign commercial banks' financial business development, and puts forward the development countermeasures and suggestions combined with the actual situation of PFJN branch's personal finance business. Chapter six is the conclusion of the thesis. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some useful exploration and help for the development of personal finance business in PFJN branch in order to cope with the fierce competition in the same industry market and realize the leapfrog development of financial management business.
