船舶融资租赁风险评价与控制研究

【摘要】：近年来，船舶融资租赁业务在我国得到了迅猛的发展。它带动了大量资本投入到船舶、航运及相关上下游产业链条上，积极推动了航运、船舶制造等产业链资源的整合，受到越来越多航运企业、船舶公司的认可与欢迎。但船舶租赁项目作为一项投资大、周期长、涉及面广的复杂系统工程，具有较多的不确定性和较高的风险性。从租前评价到合同的签订，再到租后管理，每一环节的忽视和运作不当，都可能导致租赁公司不可挽回的损失。因此需要建立一套科学的评价方法和合理的风控体系对船舶融资租赁项目风险进行评价和控制。本文针对这一问题，首先详细分析了船舶融资租赁风险影响因素，建立了评价指标体系，在研究反向传播人工神经网络综合评价模型的基础上，将该模型应用于船舶融资租赁项目的风险评价。主要介绍了正向传播过程原理、反向传播过程原理、初始值设定及修正公式、BP-ANN模型评价流程；另外，通过对已做过的船舶融资租赁项目进行样本选择和数据收集，使用基于matlab的BP-ANN模型对这些案例进行了模型的设计、模型有效性检验、风险评价计算。最终建立了一种有效的船舶融资租赁风险评价机制。其次，针对船舶融资租赁业务的分阶段特点，，本文分别介绍了船舶融资租赁项目的风险控制措施。主要包括租前阶段风险防范措施、合同签订阶段风控措施、业务执行阶段风险管理与控制。本文通过引入科学实用的风险评价方法和介绍可行的风险控制措施，期望能够对融资租赁公司在船舶项目风险管理方面起到参考作用，并使得租赁机构能够在经营管理过程中实现安全、稳健、高效地运作。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the ship finance lease business has obtained the swift and violent development in our country. It brings a large amount of capital into the shipping, shipping and related upstream and downstream industrial chains, actively promote the integration of shipping, shipbuilding and other industrial chain resources, and is recognized and welcomed by more and more shipping enterprises and shipping companies. However, as a complex system project with large investment, long period and wide scope, ship chartering project has more uncertainty and higher risk. From pre-lease evaluation to contract signing, to post-lease management, neglect and improper operation of every link may lead to irreparable losses of the leasing company. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a set of scientific evaluation method and reasonable wind control system to evaluate and control the risk of ship financing lease project. In order to solve this problem, this paper analyzes the risk factors of ship financing lease in detail, establishes the evaluation index system, and studies the comprehensive evaluation model of backpropagation artificial neural network. The model is applied to the risk assessment of ship finance lease project. This paper mainly introduces the principle of forward propagation process, the principle of reverse propagation process, the setting of initial value and the modification formula of BP-ANN model evaluation flow, in addition, through the sample selection and data collection of the ship finance lease project, the paper introduces the principle of forward propagation process, the principle of reverse propagation process, the setting of initial value and the revised formula. The BP-ANN model based on matlab is used to design the model, test the validity of the model and calculate the risk. Finally, an effective risk evaluation mechanism of ship financing lease is established. Secondly, this paper introduces the risk control measures of ship financing lease project according to the phased characteristics of ship finance lease business. It mainly includes pre-lease risk prevention measures, contract signing stage risk control measures, business implementation phase risk management and control. By introducing scientific and practical risk assessment methods and introducing feasible risk control measures, this paper expects to play a reference role in ship project risk management for financial leasing companies. And make the leasing organization in the process of operation and management to achieve safety, stability, efficient operation.
