韩国对华FDI的影响因素分析

【摘要】：自改革开放政策施行以来,中国的经济增长速度一举跃居世界首位。经济上的迅猛发展、投资环境的不断改进、法制上的不断完善、蓬勃发展的国内市场与充盈的廉价劳动力,使中国成为众多国家投资的首善之地。2001年末中国加入WTO后,其广阔的市场空间与不可预期的发展潜力更是吸引了大量的直接投资。 在这些对华投资国家中,韩中两国经贸关系的进展速度引人注意。两国于1992年正式建立外交关系,在这20年中,中国已成为韩国最重要的投资对象国之一。本文研究了韩国企业对华投资的原因和特点,并记述韩国对华直接投资的历程。 本文设置成本因素、市场因素、集聚效应因素、市场投资环境因素四方面,用以划分影响韩国对华直接投资的要素,并以此全面分析韩国对华直接投资影响因素。同时本文选取上述四种因素的代表性变量(市场规模、市场化程度、劳动力成本、劳动力素质、交通基础设施建设水平、都市化程度和政策变量),对1995年-2009年的面板数据进行定量分析。本文最后根据分析数据提出政策上的建议。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the reform and opening policy, China's economic growth rate has leapt to the first place in the world. The rapid economic development, the continuous improvement of the investment environment, the continuous improvement of the legal system, the booming domestic market and the abundant cheap labor force have made China the best place for many countries to invest. After China joined the WTO at the end of 2001, Its broad market space and unpredictable development potential has attracted a large number of direct investment. Among these countries investing in China, the pace of economic and trade relations between South Korea and China is remarkable. The two countries formally established diplomatic relations in 1992, and China has become one of South Korea's most important investment targets in the past 20 years. This paper studies the reasons and characteristics of Korean enterprises' investment in China, and describes the history of Korean direct investment in China. This paper sets up four factors: cost factor, market factor, agglomeration effect factor and market investment environment factor, to divide the factors that affect Korea's direct investment in China, and to analyze the influencing factors of Korea's direct investment in China. At the same time, this paper selects the representative variables of the above four factors (market scale, marketization degree, labor cost, labor quality, transportation infrastructure construction level, etc. Urbanization and policy variables), a quantitative analysis of panel data from 1995 to 2009. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions according to the analysis data.
