外国直接投资对我国电子及通信设备制造业溢出效应的研究

【摘要】：在经济全球化和竞争激烈化的国际背景下，外国直接投资对我国经济发展产生了诸多积极的影响，由此而产生的溢出效应被国内外许多学者所重视，也成为相关研究的重点。本文以电子及通信设备制造业为研究特定领域和研究溢出效应的载体，在回忆和学习现阶段国内外学者的研究成果和文献的基础之上，对我国电子及通信设备制造业溢出效应的经济和创新性做出相关定量分析，得出相应的结论。论文研究工作主要包括：首先，立足电子及通信设备制造业行业概况及特点，分析论文的研究目的与意义。该行业属高新技术产业，对企业的产业创新程度和从业人员素质以及资金投入都有较高的要求，而且在该行业有较多的跨国公司，，所产生的技术溢出相比其他行业较为明显，论文以该行业为研究对象，更具典型的理论与实际意义。其次，根据各年鉴统计的数据进行现状分析，对我国现阶段电子及通信设备制造业发展特点和产业集群做出分析。以实际统计数据为依托，对外国直接投资对本行业的影响现状及跨国公司所带来的技术溢出现状做出阐述。然后，以经济性和创新性为研究出发点，分别应用多元回归分析以及柯布道格拉斯生产函数的变型式，对外国直接投资对我国电子及通信设备制造业经济上的贡献以及创新性上的贡献做出定量的分析，由最小二乘法得出的系数为理论依据，以此得出外国直接投资对我国国有及国有控股企业、其他内资企业以及我国全部企业的影响。最后，从宏观角度，即政府和产业层面，以及微观角度，即我国单个内资企业层面上阐述如何从溢出效应中积极发展自己，在竞争尤为激烈的市场环境下，如何借外力，即借外资的投入，发展我国民族企业和提升自主研发能力。从培养吸引高素质人力资本到提升消化吸收能力和自主创新能力上提出对策建议。
[Abstract]:Under the international background of economic globalization and fierce competition, foreign direct investment (FDI) has had many positive effects on the economic development of our country, and the spillover effect has been paid attention to by many scholars at home and abroad, and has also become the focus of relevant research. In this paper, the electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry is used as the carrier for the study of specific fields and spillover effects, and on the basis of recalling and studying the research results and literature of domestic and foreign scholars at present, This paper makes a quantitative analysis of the spillover effect of electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry in China, and draws the corresponding conclusions. The research work includes: firstly, based on the general situation and characteristics of electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry, the purpose and significance of this paper are analyzed. This industry is a high and new technology industry, which has higher requirements for the degree of industrial innovation, the quality of employees and capital investment. Moreover, there are more multinational companies in this industry, and the technology spillover is more obvious than other industries. The thesis takes this profession as the research object, more typical theory and practical significance. Secondly, according to the statistical data of various yearbooks, this paper analyzes the characteristics and industrial clusters of electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry in China at the present stage. Based on the actual statistical data, this paper expounds the current situation of FDI's impact on the industry and the technology spillover brought by multinational corporations (MNCs). Then, taking economy and innovation as the starting point, applying multivariate regression analysis and the variable pattern of Cobb Douglas production function, Quantitative analysis of the economic and innovative contribution of foreign direct investment (FDI) to China's electronic and communications equipment manufacturing industry is based on the coefficients derived from the least square method. The influence of foreign direct investment on state-owned and state-owned holding enterprises, other domestic enterprises and all enterprises in China is obtained. Finally, from the macro point of view, that is, the government and industry level, as well as the micro perspective, that is, from the level of individual domestic enterprises in China, how to actively develop themselves from the spillover effect, and how to take advantage of external forces in the market environment where the competition is particularly fierce. That is, foreign investment, the development of national enterprises and improve independent R & D capacity. Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from training attracting high quality human capital to improving digestion and absorption ability and independent innovation ability.
