RJ公司供应商绩效考核评价体系改进研究

  随着电子信息技术的不断发展,使得电子生产制造企业获得了快速发展的空间与机遇,并逐渐成为国民经济发展的重要组成部分。所以,加强电子生产制造企业内部的经营管理,提升经营管理绩效,降低生产制造成本,已经成为电子生产制造企业转型升级的重要思路和方向。而本次研究的主要目的就是研究RJ公司供应商绩效考核评价体系的改进的。基于此,应用文献研究法、现场调研法、访谈法、平衡记分卡法等,以从事电子生产制造为主营业务的RJ公司为例,对其供应商绩效考核评价体系的构建问题,进行深入讨论和研究,并对其供应商绩效考核评价体系进行优化和改善,进而保持与供应商之间的友好合作关系,使企业的物资材料质量得到保障,加强双方的诚信经营,并最大限度地降低企业的采购成本,同时提高企业的运营效率。本文针对RJ公司的实际情况,构建其供应商绩效考核评价体系,具有很强的针对性和有效性,对RJ公司改善供应商绩效考核现状,具有直接的作用和价值;本论文尽管是针对RJ公司提出,但是本论文构建的供应商绩效考核评价体系不仅适用于RJ公司,同时对于从事电子生产制造的其它企业,也同样具有一定的参考和借鉴价值。
