代工企业与品牌客户的关系资本对其合作创新绩效的影响研究

【摘要】:我们已经进入知识经济时代,代工企业的优势已经不仅仅表现在具体的有形资产上,无形资产也成为了代工企业发展的优势所在。企业在充分利用自身优势进行创新的同时,也越来越注重利用其它企业的优势,进行合作创新,从而缩短创新过程,加快创新速度。企业间在进行合作创新的过程中,注重企业间关系的发展,为了共同的绩效目标协调发展,形成一种关系资本。 本文将在已有研究的基础上,构建代工企业与品牌客户关系资本对其合作创新绩效影响的模型,并引入关系学习作为其中介,对模型做假设检验。通过实证研究的方法,基于对109份有效调查问卷的数据处理及分析后,得出以下结论:(1)关系资本对合作创新绩效的正向影响显著。其中,善意信任、能力信任,作为本文选取的信任的两个维度都对合作创新绩效有显著的正向影响。计算式承诺、善意承诺作为本文选取的承诺的两个维度,计算式承诺对合作创新绩效有显著的负向影响,善意承诺对合作创新绩效有显著的正向影响。情感声誉和认知声誉作为本文选取的两个企业声誉的变量,对代工企业与品牌客户的合作创新绩效有显著的正向影响。(2)关系学习对合作创新绩效的正向影响显著。其中,信息分享、共同理解、关系记忆作为关系学习的几个维度都对合作创新绩效有显著的正向影响。(3)关系资本对关系学习的正向影响显著。其中,善意信任、能力信任、善意承诺、情感声誉和认知声誉对关系学习有显著的正向影响,计算式承诺对关系学习有显著的负向影响。(4)关系学习在关系资本和合作创新绩效之间起到不完全中介作用。因此,代工企业可以通过关系学习使代工企业与品牌客户关系资本对其合作创新绩效影响有所提高。 最后,本文就研究的结论进行总结和分析,提出对企业的管理建议,并反思研究不足,展望未来研究。
[Abstract]:We have entered the era of knowledge economy, the advantages of contract enterprises are not only in the specific tangible assets, but also in the development of contract manufacturing enterprises. They also pay more and more attention to making use of the advantages of other enterprises to carry out cooperative innovation, thus shortening the process of innovation and speeding up the speed of innovation. In the process of cooperative innovation, enterprises pay more attention to the development of inter-firm relations. For the common performance goal coordinated development, forms one kind of relational capital. On the basis of existing research, this paper constructs a model of the impact of contract enterprise and brand customer relationship capital on its cooperative innovation performance, and introduces relationship learning as its intermediary to test the hypothesis of the model. Based on the data processing and analysis of 109 valid questionnaires, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the positive impact of relationship capital on cooperative innovation performance is significant. As the two dimensions of trust selected in this paper, both of them have a significant positive impact on cooperative innovation performance. The computational commitment, as the two dimensions of the commitment selected in this paper, has a significant negative impact on cooperative innovation performance. Goodwill commitment has a significant positive impact on cooperative innovation performance. Emotional reputation and cognitive reputation are the variables of corporate reputation selected in this paper. The relationship learning has a significant positive impact on cooperative innovation performance. Among them, information sharing, common understanding, As several dimensions of relationship learning, relational memory has a significant positive impact on cooperative innovation performance.) relationship capital has a significant positive impact on relationship learning. Among them, goodwill trust, ability trust, goodwill commitment. Affective reputation and cognitive reputation have significant positive effects on relationship learning, and computational commitment has a significant negative effect on relationship learning.) relationship learning plays an incomplete intermediary role between relational capital and cooperative innovation performance. Contract enterprises can improve their cooperative innovation performance through relationship learning. Finally, this paper summarizes and analyzes the conclusions of the research, puts forward some suggestions on the management of enterprises, reflects on the lack of research and looks forward to the future research.
