广电数据专线管理系统的设计和实现

【摘要】:数据业务一直是电信运营商的专宠,被称为“电信增值业务”,是电信运营商最重要的收入来源之一。近年来,随着广电行业数字化技术的迅速发展,,广电数据业务也在激烈的市场竞争中分得了一定的份额。为了增强市场竞争能力,当前的广电公司都非常重视服务质量。但是目前再用的广电业务管理系统都非常陈旧,大多都是十几年前设计的,那时的业务非常单一,基本上只只有模拟电视一项业务。随着这些年计算机技术和计算机网络的发展,大量的新的业务不断涌现,传统的业务管理系统越来越不能满足市场的需求。具体表现在:(1)这些信息系统无法对客户进行分类管理并实施个性化营销。(2)业务流程变更非常复杂,增加新的业务非常困难。(3)具体业务的操作相对简单,无法实现深层次的管理,也没有详细的报表和统计等功能。因此这样简单的信息系统已经越来越难满足当前广电行业各种新业务不断涌现的市场需求了。 随着这些年工作流技术的发展成熟,并在很多行业的应用中获得了极大的成功,构建以工作流技术为核心的新型广电数据专线业务管理系统已经成为当前广电行业进行业务管理升级的突破口。本文以广电数据专线业务为设计和开发对象,采用工作流技术,开发了一套新的数据专线业务管理系统。 本系统为管理信息系统,可应用于广电数据专线业务受理、运维、收费和客户关系的管理。系统结合中广有线绍兴县分公司的数据专线业务受理流程和运行维护管理的实际情况,将业务流程和业务功能进行分离,允许用户即时调整业务流程,提高了企业业务流程重构的效率。应用本系统,广电企业可以对快速变化的市场需求做出快速的响,提高了企业的工作效率和竞争能力。 系统总体上采用了基于Asp.net平台的B/S模型架构,采用SQL Server关系数据库,以模块化设计思路构建了数据专线业务管理系统。论文分析设计了专线业务受理、用户管理、计费管理、查询统计、报表统计、工单管理、工单流程监控等数据专线业务管理。并从整体设计、算法设计和系统实现这三个方面作了介绍。 在最后,论文在总结系统设计开发过程的基础上,同时提出了对系统进行进一步改进的意见。
[Abstract]:Data service has always been the special favor of telecom operators, which is called "telecom value-added service", and it is one of the most important revenue sources of telecom operators.In recent years, with the rapid development of digital technology in radio and television industry, radio and television data business has also gained a certain share in the fierce market competition.In order to enhance market competitiveness, current radio and television companies attach great importance to service quality.But the current reused radio and television business management systems are very old, most of them were designed more than ten years ago. At that time, the business was very single, basically only analog television a business.With the development of computer technology and computer network in recent years, a large number of new services are emerging, and the traditional business management system can not meet the needs of the market more and more.These information systems are unable to classify customers and implement personalized marketing. 2) Business process changes are very complex, adding new business is very difficult. The operation of specific business is relatively simple, and it is impossible to achieve deep level management.There are no detailed reports and statistics and other functions.Therefore, such a simple information system has become increasingly difficult to meet the current radio and television industry new business emerging market demand.With the development of workflow technology in recent years, and has been a great success in many industries,The construction of a new radio and television data line service management system with workflow technology as the core has become a breakthrough point for the current radio and television industry to carry out business management and upgrading.In this paper, a new data line service management system is developed by using workflow technology, taking radio and television data line service as the design and development object.This system is a management information system, which can be used in the management of business acceptance, operation and maintenance, charge and customer relationship of radio and television data line.The system combines the actual situation of the data processing process and the operation and maintenance management of the data dedicated line of Shaoxing County Branch of Zhongguang Cable, separates the business process from the business function, and allows the user to adjust the business process immediately.The efficiency of business process reconfiguration is improved.With this system, the radio and television enterprises can make a rapid response to the rapidly changing market demand, and improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprises.In general, the system adopts B / S model based on Asp.net platform, adopts SQL Server relational database, and constructs the data line business management system by modularization design idea.This paper analyzes and designs the special line service management, such as receiving service, user management, billing management, query statistics, report form statistics, work order management, work order process monitoring and so on.The whole design, algorithm design and system implementation are introduced.Finally, on the basis of summing up the design and development process of the system, the paper puts forward some suggestions for further improvement of the system.
