【摘要】：本文是一篇翻译项目报告,翻译项目的原文为哥伦比亚大学出版社于2016年出版的数字变革的玩法:在数字化时代下重新思考你的企业(第一、二章)。原文共分为三个部分,作者为David L.Rogers。原文首先介绍了数字变革的五个方面:客户、竞争、数据、创新和价值,并概括性描述五个方面对应的五个策略主题。第二部分详细介绍第一个主题“客户”及其策略“利用客户关系网络”。第三部分详细介绍第二个主题“竞争”及其策略“除了生产产品,还要搭建平台”。本报告讨论在翻译过程中,以目的论为指导原则,运用零翻译、加注、增译法和词类转译法四大翻译技巧,解决翻译大量无背景介绍的外国案例这一困难。本翻译报告共分为四个章节。第一章从介绍翻译项目背景,目的和意义,并对翻译项目进行了整体描述。第二章介绍研究背景,首先介绍理论基础,即目的论,包括理论发展历史、主要内容及其在翻译实践中的运用。其次分析原文的功能特性和文体特征。第三章首先结合翻译项目的目的和原文的主要特点来预估翻译难点,接着在目的论指导下提出运用零翻译、加注、增译法和词类转译法四大翻译技巧来解决翻译困难。第四章总结翻译经验教训并指出亟待解决的问题。
[Abstract]:The text of this article is a translation project report. The original text of the translation project is a method of digital change published by Columbia University press in 2016: rethinking your business in the digital age (first, second chapters). The original text is divided into three parts. The author first introduced the five aspects of the digital change for the original David L.Rogers.: customer, competition. Contention, data, innovation and value, and generality to describe the five strategic themes of the five aspects. The second part details the first theme "customer" and its strategy "using the customer relationship network". The third section details the second theme "competition" and its strategy "apart from production products, but also set up a platform". In the process of translation, using the skopos theory as the guiding principle, the four translation techniques of zero translation, adding, adding, and word class translation are used to solve the difficulties in translating a large number of foreign cases without background introduction. The translation report is divided into four chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose and significance of the translation item, and carries out the translation project. The second chapter introduces the background of the study. First, it introduces the theoretical basis, that is, the theory of teleology, including the history of the theory, the main content and its application in the translation practice. Secondly, it analyzes the functional and stylistic features of the original text. The third chapter first combines the purpose of the translation project and the main features of the original text to predict the difficulties of translation, and then in the eyes of the target Under the guidance of the theory, the four major translation techniques, zero translation, annotation, increasing translation and word class translation, are proposed to solve translation difficulties. The fourth chapter sums up the experience and lessons of translation and points out the problems to be solved.
