新疆农行优质客户关系管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着市场的逐步开放,金融业的竞争越来越激烈,传统的客户管理理念和技术已远不能适应现代农行对客户尤其是优质客户的管理,新疆农行迫切需要使用信息技术来提高客户信息管理的质量,同时随着计算机技术,特别是Internet技术的发展和普及,基于J2EE技术的新疆农行优质客户关系管理系统应运而生。为满足新疆农行用户需求,本文着重讲述了基于J2EE技术的新疆农行优质客户关系管理系统的设计与实现。本系统是以计算机技术和网络为依托,将计算机技术、网络应用于日常客户信息管理的产物。这种管理模式将客户信息管理中大量、频繁、琐碎的工作交给计算机来处理,从而将客户经理从繁杂的工作中解放出来,将工作重心转移至深层次优质客户管理中。这种利用计算机和网络技术管理客户信息的方式,对客户管理工作不论从管理模式上还是从管理水平上都有着深远的理论意义和现实意义。 通过对客户关系管理工作的业务流程调研,分析了将J2EE技术和客户关系管理工作结合的优越性,本文运用J2EE技术,采用Oracle作为后台数据库,给出了基于J2EE的优质客户关系管理系统的详细设计方案。经过具体的编码实现和系统测试,优质客户关系管理系统中各模块均已成功实现,并已投入使用,经实际使用证明,本文所设计的优质客户关系管理系统整体运行稳定、性能良好,可以满足新疆农行对优质客户关系管理的需要。
[Abstract]:With the gradual opening of the market and the fierce competition in the financial industry, the traditional customer management concept and technology can no longer adapt to the modern Agricultural Bank of China's management of customers, especially high-quality customers. Xinjiang Agricultural Bank urgently needs to use information technology to improve the quality of customer information management. At the same time, with the development and popularization of computer technology, especially Internet technology, the Xinjiang Agricultural Bank of Xinjiang quality customer relationship management system based on J2EE technology emerges as the times require. In order to meet the needs of the users of Agricultural Bank of Xinjiang, this paper focuses on the design and implementation of the quality customer relationship management system of Agricultural Bank of Xinjiang based on J2EE technology. This system is based on computer technology and network, and applies computer technology and network to daily customer information management. This management mode leaves a lot of frequent and trivial work in customer information management to the computer, thus freeing the account manager from the complicated work and shifting the focus of the work to the deep level of high quality customer management. This way of using computer and network technology to manage customer information has profound theoretical and practical significance to customer management both from management mode and management level. Through the investigation of the business process of customer relationship management, this paper analyzes the advantages of combining J2EE technology with customer relationship management. This paper uses J2EE technology and Oracle as the background database. A detailed design scheme of high quality customer relationship management system based on J2EE is presented. After specific code realization and system test, all modules of the high quality CRM system have been successfully realized and put into use. It has been proved that the high quality CRM system designed in this paper runs stably as a whole. Good performance, can meet the Xinjiang Agricultural Bank of high-quality customer relationship management needs.
