湖南铁道职业技术学院CRM实践研究

【摘要】:随着高校的发展,管理学中的客户关系管理理论(CRM)引入到高校管理的实践当中,在这一方面,欧美国家走在了前列。我国近二十年来逐渐开始重视,在学校招生就业、校友会建立等方面做出了大胆尝试,以求缓解所面临的越来越大的招生就业压力,提升学校社会声誉。湖南铁道职业技术学院于2014年研发完成校内客户关系管理系统,为高职院校推进客户关系管理提供了非常有价值的范例。
[Abstract]:With the development of colleges and universities, the theory of customer relationship management (CRM) in management is introduced into the practice of university management. In this respect, European and American countries are in the forefront. In the past two decades, China has gradually begun to attach importance to the recruitment and employment of schools, and has made bold attempts in the areas of school recruitment and employment and the establishment of alumni associations, in order to alleviate the growing pressure of employment and enhance the social reputation of schools. Hunan Railway Vocational and Technical College developed and completed its customer relationship management system in 2014, which provides a valuable example for higher vocational colleges to promote customer relationship management.
