实货制条件下铁路货物货装与货载问题优化

【摘要】:随着我国国民经济的高速发展,极大地促进了运输产业的发展,整个社会对货物运输的需求高速增长,但铁路的货物运输市场却不断丢失,为进一步改变铁路货运市场份额丢失的颓势,增加其在各种运输方式中的竞争力,我国铁路货运推出了“实货制”这一大胆的改革措施。伴随着“实货制”货运方式的转变,我国铁路现行的货运组织方法存在一定的不适应性,成为转变货运发展方式的制约瓶颈。因此在实货制条件下研究货运组织优化成为了迫切解决的命题。 因此本文基于实货制的大前提下,从研究国内外铁路货运经营现状入手,以提高铁路经济效益,增强铁路货运竞争力为目标,分别讨论铁路运能不足与充足的情况下通过货运组织优化手段与市场营销手段提出货运组织优化方法,为铁路货运带来更多的收入和利润。在运能不足的情况下,重点从货装和货载两个方面入手,在货载优化方面提出了蚁群算法模型,实践证明该算法在优化货物装载方案在达到货车容积与货车载重量同时最优化的目的的有效性。在货装方面,为提高货运经济效益,针对货种装车的优先级提出了优先集装箱运输,相同车型优选运价高的货物等优化措施,提出了欠轴开行的可行性。在运能充足的情况下,利用现代营销手段提出全程物流建设、货运产品多元化、基于客户关系管理提供优惠促销策略、铁路货运市场调查与预测等营销手段优化我们现有货运营销手段,吸引货源来充分利用运能来提高铁路货运收入。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's national economy, the development of transportation industry has been greatly promoted. The demand for freight transportation has increased rapidly in the whole society, but the railway freight transport market has been continuously lost. In order to further change the declining trend of the loss of railway freight market share and increase its competitiveness in various modes of transportation, China's railway freight transport has put forward the bold reform measure of "real freight system". With the change of freight transportation mode of "real cargo system", the current freight transportation organization method of railway in our country has some inadaptability, which becomes the bottleneck of changing freight transportation development mode. Therefore, it is an urgent proposition to study the optimization of freight organization under the condition of real goods system. Therefore, based on the premise of the real cargo system, this paper starts with the research of the domestic and foreign railway freight management, in order to improve the railway economic benefits and enhance the competitiveness of railway freight transport. In order to bring more revenue and profit to railway freight transportation, this paper discusses the optimization method of freight transportation organization by means of freight organization optimization and marketing under the condition of insufficient railway transportation capacity and sufficient railway transportation capacity. In the case of insufficient transportation capacity, the ant colony algorithm model is put forward in the aspect of cargo load optimization by focusing on cargo loading and cargo loading. Practice shows that the algorithm is effective in optimizing the cargo loading scheme to achieve the optimization of both the freight car volume and the truck load. In the aspect of cargo loading, in order to improve the economic benefit of freight, this paper puts forward some optimization measures, such as priority container transportation and the high freight price of the same type of vehicle, aiming at the priority of loading of goods, and puts forward the feasibility of underaxle operation. In the case of sufficient transportation capacity, using modern marketing means to put forward the whole logistics construction, freight product diversification, based on customer relationship management to provide preferential promotion strategy, Railway freight market research and prediction and other marketing means optimize our existing freight marketing means to attract goods to make full use of transport capacity to improve railway freight revenue.
