零售行业销售系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:近几十年来全世界零售市场蓬勃发展,,在2002年世界500强中,零售行业占近10%的比例,成为仅次于银行的第二大行业。目前,零售行业面临着巨大的挑战,多种业态竞争加剧,人力、租金等经营成本上涨过快等“寒流”冲击着零售行业。 经过多年的发展,POS收银系统、ERP、商业智能(BW)、供应链管理(SCM)与客户关系管理(CRM)等产品大大地扩展了中国连锁零售业企业的信息化管理范围,通过信息系统的建设代替了传统零售业的大量手工制单和纸质化的交易结算方式。但是,如何利用信息系统快速、准确地对商品品类毛利、坪效、销售额、销售预测等与经营决策相关的关键性业务数据进行深入分析;如何实现业务数据集成并适时与财务系统集成,实现财务业务一体化等问题仍然是零售行业需要面对和解决的问题。 本文基于以上零售行业面临的种种问题以及零售行业销售系统的应用现状,以统一化、集团化的管理思想,结合软件技术设计并实现零售行业的销售系统。旨在帮助零售企业在销售管理环节提高管理水平、降低运营成本、提高市场竞争力。本文将沿着现状调研、系统设计、系统实现和上线支持维护的路线展开工作。 首先,对零售企业进行全面的调研,分析零售企业目前存在的具体问题和难点。其次,根据这些问题和难点,设计销售系统的框架结构及功能模块。通过SAPRetail ERP+SAP BW+门店系统的架构搭建,主要实现:销售系统、财务系统、采购系统、结算管理、库存管理系统、BW数据分析系统功能并实现多系统之间数据交互与集成的方案。最后,通过对系统的开发和部署,现场联调及最终的用户测试验证,成功验证了方案的可行性,实现了零售企业的进销存、结算管理和财务系统的联动及BW数据分析,实现集团对门店的联动和管控等,帮助零售企业提高管理水平,以及在市场中的竞争力。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, the world retail market has been booming. In 2002, among the top 500 in the world, the retail industry accounted for nearly 10%, becoming the second largest industry after the banks. At present, the retail industry is facing a huge challenge, the competition of various forms of business is intensified, the cost of operation, such as manpower, rent, etc., rises too fast, and so on "cold current" impacts the retail industry. After years of development, such products as POS cash register system (ERP), business intelligence (BW), supply chain management (SCM) and customer relationship management (CRM) have greatly expanded the information management scope of Chinese chain retail enterprises. Through the construction of information system, the traditional retail trade of a large number of manual order-making and paper-based transaction settlement. However, how to use the information system to quickly and accurately analyze the key business data related to business decision, such as gross profit, flat effect, sales volume, sales forecast and so on; How to realize business data integration and timely integration with financial system, and how to realize financial business integration are still problems that the retail industry needs to face and solve. Based on the above problems of retail industry and the application of retail sales system, this paper designs and implements the retail sales system by unifying and collectivizing management thinking and combining software technology. The aim of this paper is to help retail enterprises improve management level, reduce operating cost and improve market competitiveness in sales management. This paper will work along the status quo survey, system design, system implementation and online support maintenance route. First of all, a comprehensive survey of retail enterprises, analysis of the current retail enterprises specific problems and difficulties. Secondly, according to these problems and difficulties, the frame structure and function module of sales system are designed. Based on the structure of SAP BW store system of SAP Retail ERP, this paper mainly implements: sales system, finance system, purchasing system, settlement management system, inventory management system and data analysis system function of BW, and realizes data interaction and integration among multiple systems. Finally, through the development and deployment of the system, field connection and final user testing and verification, the feasibility of the scheme is verified successfully, and the purchase, sale and storage of retail enterprises, the linkage of settlement management and financial system, and the analysis of BW data are realized. To achieve the group's linkage and control of stores, to help retailers improve their management and competitiveness in the market.
