全球电子政务发展的现状、特点与未来

【摘要】:本文在分析各国电子政务发展现状的基础上,揭示了全球电子政务发展的趋势特点,提出了未来电子政务发展的四个方向:以“用户为中心”,引入客户关系管理;门户网站是政府服务的主要窗口;实施知识管理,建立知识型、智能型政府;走政府与企业合作发展电子政务的道路。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the current situation of e-government development in various countries, this paper reveals the trend characteristics of the global e-government development, and puts forward four directions for the development of e-government in the future: taking "user as the center" and introducing customer relationship management (CRM); The portal is the main window of government service, the implementation of knowledge management, the establishment of knowledge-based and intelligent government, and the road of government and enterprise cooperation in the development of e-government.
