昆明铁路局货运组织改革的实践与展望

【摘要】:通过阐述"集中受理、优化装车"货运组织改革的总体思路,分析了昆明铁路局在推进"集中受理、优化装车"货运组织改革过程中取得的成效:依托信息化手段实现铁路货运服务方式的变革;实施有效的客户关系管理实现营销理念的转变;优化业务办理流程实现计划管理的创新;通过货运营销实现市场需求与运力资源配置的有机结合,提出进一步优化业务流程、完善系统功能,构建铁路货运客户服务中心、完善营销机制,健全配套管理规章制度,建立灵活的营销组合策略等推进"集中受理、优化装车"货运组织改革的措施。
[Abstract]:Through expounding the general idea of freight organization reform of "centralized acceptance, optimized loading", the paper analyzes that Kunming Railway Bureau is promoting "centralized acceptance". The achievements in the reform of freight transportation organization are as follows: the reform of railway freight service mode depends on information technology, the implementation of effective customer relationship management and the transformation of marketing concept; Optimize the business process to realize the innovation of plan management, realize the organic combination of market demand and transportation resource allocation through freight marketing, further optimize the business process, perfect the system function, construct the railway freight customer service center, Perfect marketing mechanism, perfect supporting management rules and regulations, set up flexible marketing combination strategy to promote "centralized acceptance, optimize loading" freight organization reform measures.
