ZBZX分行投资银行业务策略研究

【摘要】：随着我国银行业的不断发展,商业银行在金融业全面开放的机遇和挑战面前,正在由传统商业银行逐渐向现代全能型银行集团转变,在利率市场化、资本约束、融资结构失衡等形势下,商业银行迈向更广阔的资本市场已成为必然的选择,拓展投资银行业务成为了各商业银行发展的必由之路。 ZBZX分行是一家全国性中型股份制商业银行位于三线城市的分支机构,由于多种原因,ZBZX分行的投资银行业务发展相对缓慢,对中间业务收入的贡献度比较有限,业务发展局面也一直没有打开。对于ZBZX分行来说,开拓好投资银行这一新兴的金融领域并求得该项业务的快速发展,显然对于今后实现盈利的快速和持续增长有着十分重要的现实意义。面对方兴未艾的市场,以及先行一步的当地同业竞争者,迅速找准投资银行业务的切入点,打开业务发展局面,争夺和积累更多的优质客户资源,争取更多的市场份额,提升中间业务利润空间是该行亟待解决的问题,也是本文研究的目的之所在。 本文在研究ZBZX分行的投资银行业务时,从多个角度对其投资银行业务发展相对缓慢的原因及制约其发展的根源进行了分析。正是由于缺乏科学的发展策略影响了ZBZX分行投资银行业务的进一步发展。本文在通过对ZBZX分行投资银行业务进行SWOT分析的基础之上,确定了其差异化的战略方向,然后结合范围经济理论、金融创新理论、竞争优势理论的应用,并借鉴国内外商业银行发展投资银行业务的成功经验,在差异化战略框架下,为ZBZX分行制定出具体的发展策略,如：正确定位投行业务、完善业务相关配套、提高创新能力、注意客户关系管理、打造业务品牌、加强风险控制等等。这些具体的措施围绕着差异化战略的实施而展开,进而帮助ZBZX分行在投资银行业务的发展上形成核心竞争力。 在为ZBZX分行制定投资银行业务发展的策略时,本文十分注重结合所处三线城市的实际情况。希望本文的研究能对该行投资银行业务的发展提供一些有益的探索和帮助,以应对激烈的市场竞争,实现业务快速发展。 无论是从所处的城市来讲,还是从投行业务的发展阶段来讲,在全国的商业银行中ZBZX分行的情况都具有一定的普遍性,所以本文的研究在为ZBZX分行探索出一条发展路径的同时,也可以为广大的同类型的银行机构的业务发展提供借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's banking industry, commercial banks are gradually changing from traditional commercial banks to modern omnipotent banking groups in the face of the opportunities and challenges of the comprehensive opening of the financial industry. Under the situation of unbalanced financing structure, it has become an inevitable choice for commercial banks to move towards a broader capital market, and the expansion of investment banking business has become the only way for commercial banks to develop. ZBZX Branch is a branch of a national medium-sized joint-stock commercial bank located in a third-tier city. Because of various reasons, the investment banking business of ZBZX Branch develops relatively slowly, and its contribution to intermediate business income is relatively limited. Business development has not been open. For the ZBZX branch, it is of great practical significance to develop the investment bank as a new financial field and obtain the rapid development of the business, which is very important for realizing the fast and sustained growth of the profit in the future. In the face of the burgeoning market, as well as local competitors who are ahead of the market, we will quickly find the entry point for investment banking business, open up the business development situation, compete for and accumulate more high-quality customer resources, and strive for more market share. Improving the profit space of intermediate business is an urgent problem for the bank, and is also the purpose of this paper. When studying the investment banking business of ZBZX branch, this paper analyzes the reasons for the slow development of investment banking business and the root of restricting its development from several angles. It is because of the lack of scientific development strategy that affect the further development of ZBZX branch investment banking business. Based on the SWOT analysis of the investment banking business of ZBZX branch, this paper determines the strategic direction of its differentiation, and then combines the application of scope economy theory, financial innovation theory and competitive advantage theory. And draw lessons from the successful experience of domestic and foreign commercial banks to develop investment banking business, under the framework of differentiation strategy, make specific development strategies for ZBZX branch, such as: positioning investment banking business correctly, perfecting relevant business supporting, improving innovation ability. Pay attention to customer relationship management, create business brand, strengthen risk control and so on. These specific measures revolve around the implementation of differentiation strategy, and then help ZBZX branch to form core competitiveness in the development of investment banking business. In formulating the investment banking development strategy for ZBZX branch, this paper pays great attention to combining the actual situation of the third tier city. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some useful exploration and help for the development of the investment banking business of the bank in order to cope with the fierce market competition and realize the rapid development of the business. No matter from the city in which it is located or from the development stage of investment banking, the situation of ZBZX branches in commercial banks all over the country has a certain universality, so the research in this paper is exploring a development path for ZBZX branches at the same time. It can also provide reference for the business development of the same type of banking institutions.
