【摘要】：如今，越来越多研究者将产业集群理论与旅游业相结合，分析研究旅游产业集群。遵循一般演进规律的旅游产业集群会有正确的发展路径，但在集群发展过程中也存在着一系列潜在影响集群发展的风险因素，可能最终会导致集群的衰落。然而，政府与集群自身合理的策动可规避演进过程中的风险因素，促使集群沿着正确的演进道路健康发展。文章首先归纳了理论界已存在的产业集群概念及旅游产业集群基本理论成果，据此总结旅游产业集群的概念、特征及要素构成等，对旅游产业集群演进规律进行分析。其次，判定旅游产业集群的聚集度。在对旅游产业集群聚集度进行判定时，文章结合旅游产业区位熵系数、产值专业化指数与企业关联分析等判定方法建立旅游产业集群的判定指标体系与模型。第三，借鉴相关集群演进理论对经过判定且已形成集群的旅游产业进行演进分析，基于演进各阶段特征分析演进过程中存在的风险因素。第四，，根据上述风险因素分别从政府和集群自身两个层面分析旅游产业集群策动。最后，以上述理论为基础对曲江旅游产业集群的演进进行完整分析研究，并针对其演进过程中存在的风险因素提出相应的策动措施。通过理论与实例结合进行研究，已形成集群化的旅游产业在演进各阶段中都存在着不同特点和各种风险因素，只有从政府与集群自身分别提出策动措施，才能更好地对旅游产业集群演进实施有效的指导。
[Abstract]:Now, more and more researchers of industrial cluster theory and tourism combined analysis of tourism industry cluster. Tourism industry clusters follow the general evolution rule will have the correct path of development, but there are also a series of potential risk factors influencing cluster development in the course of cluster development, may eventually lead to the decline of the cluster. However, the government and its reasonable cluster risk factors to avoid driving in the course of evolution, to promote the healthy development of the evolution of cluster along the correct road.
This paper first summarizes the existing theories of the concept of industrial cluster and tourism industry cluster basic theory research, which summarizes the concept of tourism industry cluster, characteristics and elements, the evolution of the tourism industry cluster is analyzed. Secondly, the aggregation degree of determination of tourism industrial cluster. In the tourism industry cluster aggregation determination, the combination of tourism industrial location entropy coefficient method to determine the value of specialization index and enterprise association analysis to establish the tourism industry cluster index system and model. Third, from the relevant theory of cluster evolution through decision and has formed a tourism industry cluster evolution analysis, analysis of risk factors in the evolution of the characteristics of each stage based on the evolution of fourth, according to the above risk factors respectively from the government and the cluster analysis of two aspects of the tourism industry cluster instigated. Finally, above The theoretical analysis is based on the complete evolution of Qujiang tourism industry cluster, and puts forward the corresponding measures for driving risk factors existing in the course of its evolution. By combining theory with examples of research, has formed a cluster of tourism industry has different characteristics and various risk factors in the evolution of each stage, only from the government and the clusters themselves are put forward in order to better driving measures of tourism industry cluster evolution to implement effective guidance.
